Great to see you have early access! I kind of like this new approach to contracts. It feels a bit more realistic. I think I relied a little too much on the baling contracts in FS22 for income, and they always felt a little overpowered in my opinion.
I don't mind the change to the mowing/baling/wrapping, but i do very much hate that as soon as it hits 100% you stop being able to finish the field. This is not gona compute in my head lol. I NEED to finish it.
I am absolutely loving new contracts - more variety, less repetitive. I hope i understood well that you can't use borrowed equipment on your private field and you can use it only for specific contract it was borrowed for. Borrow payment seems a bit higher so finally it will be any sense to own equipment and contracting with it. Finally changes i like in the game
I think contracts should be based on piece work. Would make it easier to adjust if everything was streamlined like that. But in general I have enjoyed this contract system way more than previous games. Since borrowing is so cheap it’s a good way to try different equipment.
I like the new contracts , sometimes a farmer would want it mowing as he can bail it themselves. Maybe a cool feature would be full mowing and bailing contracts along with just mowing etc. I think it’s fairly realistic.
I much prefer the way contracts are in this than FS22. Much more realistic. The overages in contracts before made them unrealistically profitable. You wouldn’t keep excess in real life.
But what if the collected amount of croop, is not enough to fulfill the the contract?? ..you spill something on the ground or something like that ..then what? what's the penalties for that? ..or can you even fulfill the contract then? ..there seems to be no buffer??
That was always the best part of contracts I thought. Unrealistic, yes, but it really was the only way to make money doing contracts. You made more money selling the extra grain than what the job actually paid. Maybe I just didn't like being in debt for so long to start the game, Idk 😂
My main gripe is that using your own equipment should net you extra money, since the NPC is renting your equipment. If you factor is fuel and repair costs, renting is always cheaper. I know in past games equipment hours effected maintenance, which could be another issue but I don’t think it matter in this version.
I like the overhaul of the contracts and the different contracts we are getting now especially the delivery jobs and now stone picking can't wait to get my hands on a copy of fs25 in a few weeks
A good change would be to have it hit 100%, ensuring you can complete the contract, but then have it go over 100% and give you a small bonus equivalent to however much money per % of the total. Like if the contract was for $100, each % over 100% paid $1. In most cases it wouldn't amount to that much, but it would let you actually complete the job while accounting for the margin of error that they are working around by having 100% be less than actually 100% of the field
@@Katastra_ That could work as well, it would be a good incentive for people to actually work the whole field, and it could be seen as a bonus for a job well done
@@Deathstrike613 Yes, but what I'm saying is that, finishing a contract while the work on a field is not 100% done is not realistic. That the field is cleared after you get paid does not matter to me in this instance
Yeah, I agree with you. Since when does 100% not equal 100%? If you took a contract to do a job, and then you leave 10% of the field unfinished, I don't think the person to hired you is going to be very happy.
I love how it now has a map in the corner, so no more going. "Oh, there is a contract in 18. Now where it field 18" just to find that it's on the other end of the map and would take a long time to get there
from the view of a serveradmin for multiple community servers i am SO HAPPY for this changes. we had so many times people that left bales on the contract fields that you cant remove because you can only remove all bales on the map or non. also for the timer, so many times we had people that instantly took all the fertilizing contracts (because it gives you the most money for the time needed) and worked on them sometimes 1-2 weeks (reallife weeks) after they started the contract or even sometimes there where people that took a job and didnt finish it in order to use the contract tractor for there other works...it was just like babysitteing as admin...and for the split for baleing, not everyone has time to do a 2 hrs job, so splitting it up helps them if you are on a permanently runing server like our´s
the baling missions will suit most ppl. id say once u have it done u will be offered the next part. but having a mission that's just mowing will suit a lot of ppl
I like the timing feature. I always hated when contracts would just disappear. At least now you know that have to take a contract within the listed time.
@@bond1j89 Why? Is the difference between doing contracts and not doing them is the ability to abuse game mechanics to get unintended rewards for no extra work?
@@yumyunrangLOALsome people don't like doing things half way. Others like to complete the work due to a compulsion for example OCD. I'm sure there are other reasons out there as well. Regardless of the reason it's pretty easy to see why it would bother some people. I personally never do contract work because I would rather spend my time working my own fields. I find it more profitable in the long run. Also in farm sim 19 I had just finished a huge contract and was almost back to turn it in and got smoked by the train. Had no idea how to reset my equipment because I had just started playing. I said "well shoot, that was a huge waste of time." I haven't taken a contract since because I learned how to make really good money on my own after that. A pretty easy strategy in the beginning is silage. It's a bit of an investment but it has a high turnover rate and quickly becomes very profitable. It also sets you up for other industries as well. Eventually I get sheep and feed the sheep my grass, turn the wool into cloth, cloth into clothing, and before you know it I'm making millions per year. I just stockpile the clothing and sell once per year when the prices are at the peak. I tend to have a lot of extra bales as well so I sell my surplus throughout the year to keep my operation going. It works quite well. Once you are rich you can branch out into whatever you want relatively consequence free. Even if you take a loss in the beginning you don't really feel it because the clothing industry covers the losses and then some. Especially if you throw in some passive income such as solar and wind. I hope this is sufficient enough of an explanation for you on why contracts are a pointless waste of time in this game. If not, have fun with your measley couple grand you get from those contacts.
@@yumyunrangLOAL you were incentivized to do extra work before, it's even covered early on in the video about mowing the edges of fields. Also the game forces you to do less work now, you can't keep working on most contracts after 100% competition. There are other "less work" changes too - like not having to deliver bales
@@epsilon1876 I really don't care how "incentivized" anyone felt about contracts beforehand. The new contracts are leagues better and stop idiots abusing them to get money that was never intended to be had. I for one enjoy the new contracts much more
Like the addition of straw bailing, like the removal of free product from contracts. The separation of grass work stages is really disappointing, I was hoping they would expand grass work contracts to allow the use of forage wagons/forage harvesters.
I noticed something when you were collecting the canola from the worker. Once they reached the end of the row they shut down the harvester, and typically the harvesters have to be running to off load crops. You may have left some crop in the hopper. I am curious how the contracts handle with saving the game and closing out, and reopening. On some of my "contract farm saves" once I complete the list, I will save, close, open and there will be a few more. I do like the time counter on contracts, I typically grab the big money contracts over the smaller ones because contracts currently disappear but it seems to be random in FS22.
As some have already said I think in regards to bailing contracts I think there should be a continuation in the stance of once the bailing is done the bales should still remain and your get a seperate contract to move them as a transport contract instead if you don't choose it then when the timer runs out the bales disappear. Also should get more transport contracts in general in relation to harvest. For instance at times if a farmer has too much crop to haul in a short time frame they will call upon subcontractors to help them shift the grain quickly. When I was interstate truck driving I used to do jobs most grain selling seasons shifting B-double loads of wheat/barley and canola from their silos to the selling silos as an example.
Would like to see more active interiors. I like playing in first person, wish there was a no hud option and more current data on the monitors. Liked using the JD combine in 22, but was annoyed because the monitor always said “edible beans” no matter what I was doing.
You know, I have never really thought about how odd it was that we were able to just sell off any excess goods from a contract. Imagine doing that in real life? "Oh, Mr. Farmer Sir, we were able to harvest more than your estimates. So, we sold anything over the estimate and pocketed the money. It was a really good harvest this year. Thanks!"
Similarly with the plowing and cultivating contracts. It'd hit 100% far before you had finished a field. If it was a particularly large field it'd hit 100% when you had only done probably 8/10 of it. Imagine that. "That'll do... Pay up. You can finish the rest yourself!"
Sometimes it does work like that. Not the way you worded it but essentially. If I'm contracted for 30 bails, and I manage 35. I could pull in my truck, haul 5 off on my own, sell 30 to the market, have it signed off that I bailed and sold 30 then by law I absolutely fulfilled my contract. I don't have to say I managed 5 more but honestly I've called clients and said "I might actually get a few more from the job, mind if I keep um for my horses?" And 9x outta 10 they say sure go ahead. They usually expect getting more than contracted otherwise if you got less they could say you didn't fulfill the contract and offer you less. Doing so certainly wouldn't gain them any favors so they almost always low-ball their estimate, and a few more bails (or liters/lbs of grain or produce) isn't going to make a big difference.
I have discoverd that if there are multiple contracts with the exact same equipment on offer, you can borrow on one, and flat out accept the others. The contracts recognize the borrowed equipent as valid use. It saves you from having to lose money from borreoing the same equipmeht. It barely makss a difference, but it is fun to know.

Giants has made contracts more like real life. Maybe they or a modder can incorporate a negotiate feature that will allow you to get product (bails) instead of money. Or a little of both.
I really like this new way of doing contracts. There are a lot of dedicated contractors in the area where I live in The Netherlands and its so realistic for farmers just to hire you for only the mowing or baling. And when you are baling for them farmers usually get to pick if they want round or square bales depending on there preferences. This is so much more realistic than the baling in fs22. And the forestry contracts look fun as well(I never got the platinum edition).
Its only realistic depending on where you live. I live in The US and have worked for a bunch of farmers, when there is a over burden with some thing like potatoes. It usually either doesn't get sold in which case it goes to a dump, or you can have as much of it as you want to take. Also you missed out not getting the platinum the roller coaster was worth it.
The harvesting contract, as soon as the combine are finished it turns off, you did not get all the grain out before delivering, that is why you got very little extra. Other than that, Great video.
Just completed a green bean harvest contract that paid out $6200. At the end of the contract I also sold $6500 worth of “extra” product so I actually made $12,700.
Great early access video Mr SP! Can't wait for my copy to arrive sometime in the next couple of days! Sorry, but the contracts now appear more realistic. Taking the "non required" bales off say a silage contract on FS22 always felt a bit like theft! This is much more realistic. All it needs now is for Giants to have finally realised that "Irrigation" is vitally important to all farming across the face of the globe and have finally added it to FS25 and your looking at one very happy camper! Keep up the stirling work Sir!
Deadwood has always been tied to the contract since Silverrun. Any cut logs left unsold when you collect will despawn, and the dead trees respawn, so that deadwood contracts are repeatable and that the forest areas aren't ridden with any forgotten logs or limbs. At the very least, I'm glad you can borrow equipment for this, because I was never able to use my harvester on Silverrun, even though we were allegedly supposed to be able to use it.
Some playthroughs I like to start nearly a rags to riches using mowing/bailing contracts to slowly purchase my own used equipment. And, I really dislike not being able to complete the work. That was something I like better in FS22. Maybe there will be something new to replace the mowing/bailing contracts.
Thanks for the video on contracts! I did notice someone else playing and they were doing a wrapping contract, so that’s available occasionally. I’ve never been a huge fan of baling contracts, because it takes so long….so for me, I will like them separated into different steps. I will be accepting these contracts more now. I can certainly see why you don’t like the change.
Looking at the "you don't have access to the land" with the square baler, could it be that you don't have access to it with your own equipment because you already borrowed equipment?
I think the way they have the deadwood contract set up where once you complete it the trees are gone is the best way. If you don't want to keep the wood chips from them, you don't really want the trees dirtying up the map.
I would be more ok with this if there was like, continuation contracts. Where you mow..then they ask you to bail what you just cut..ect. I can't stand the whole, "finish the contract and poof" everything just disappears.
@@kitten9138 that would be much better...and more fun. After all, it is a game like, simulation or not it is still a game. Should be fun like 2022 was. That's why it got so much more popular than it!s predecessors. These contracts feel like a step backwards.
that happens frequently. You get a "prep" contract, then a few later you get a seed contract, and most likely fertilize, weeds etc. until the Harvest contract starts. All following the Natural seasonal flow.
I have not got it yet, but perhaps when you are moving if you have a trailer attached to it and maybe it will let you keep the stuff. Also maybe you need to have a trailer to stick them on for the balls like the Auto loader
Interesting at how contract work is limited to "just that job" no extra bonus. I am wondering if down the road they will create an option to allow pick up of straw from contract work, but you the hired help would pay a small portion? But I guess its just a new way of doing contract work now.
I wanted to swath so I sold all my starter equipment and bought swathing equipment. Then accepted a harvesting contract, after swathing my fields, and could not complete it because it wouldn't let me swath it (you don't have access to the land).
Thanks for the guide Mr Sealy P. I'm going to be playing this for the first time tonight after pre-ordering it, so I'm excited to check it out. I enjoy watching your videos, and an aspect of them I really enjoy is your accent. I'm curious to know; are you from Manchester by chance?
Have you looked at missing the timer on contacts.... I had 3 going missed the time slot (12am roll over) all 3 loaned machinery returned to store) contracts not available to cancel, can't start new contact as still thinks 3 are active.. Im on pc... Had to delete save file and use older one to restart.👍
I'm on the fence. I don't like that they split up the mowing/baling jobs. I did like borrowing the equipment and hauling 3 or 4 implements out to a field to do mowing, tedding, windrowing and baling. I guess it's good that they removed the "cheating" part of it. I use to take on a baling job, especially on field 71. Bale it and instead of taking the bales to the market, I'd take them to my farm and stack them and then cancel the job. I still have the bales and could sell them for a LOAD of money. But this kind of took the fun out of it and I stopped doing that.
I hope thay sort the tree cutting out it like forgot about it when thay were cluttering up the map with crap. Fs19 and fs22 tree cutting worked and was fun plus it looked loads better
Its a shame the third person view doesn't have a walking animation and hasn't been developed further. Its pretty much just the third person mod from FS22 in the base game.
I don't like the fact they went backwards with the field not being completely done and the cut you off saying the contract is done i hated that about 15 and 17 I was glad to see it let me completely finish the field in 19 and 22
If you borrow equipment for a contract you can't use your own ,if you used your own equipment you could have brought a round and square bailer to the contract field
That was a mod that was released on FS22. It won't be on FS25 unless the mod maker remakes the mod and submit it to be released in FS25.But I imagine it will be back at some point
I like the fact that they're split. I would like to see a contract to deliver the bales. But keeping bales, while nice wasn't realistic. I'd like to see the same with the harvesting contracts. I don't see a farmer say, well I got a better yeild so you can have some.
The one big thing I wish farming simulator hade from the start is that doors and windows opened and instead of popping in and out of the tractor it's an eye sore that that is not implemented in the game. And the walking movement is very weird and some what glitchy and why did they put a time limit on contracts that is very unrealistic and I feel like fs 22 version of contracts is better with out a time limit at all . I hope they take out the time limit. And I hope they fix the contracts so that you can finish the whole field instead of leaving the little bit left on the field.
Time limits are actually more realistic. As a real life farmer, if someone hires me to cut their field, they aren't going to just sit back and wait a month for me to do it. In real life farming, many things have very tight windows to complete.
I think we are all a little guilty of relying on bailing contracts to make money in FS22. I understand why you're not liking it but this is much more realistic. You wouldn't be able to keep a farmers bales if the farmer paid you to do the baling, I guess we will all have to make our own bales on our own fields and do it the proper way. I also think the reason they have split up the mowing, tedding, windrowing and bailing contracts into separate contracts. Is's because it uses a lot less equipment on FS22 this caused problems on a lot of mod maps because it had to spawn in a lot of equipment when borrowing it also means you can do contracts a lot faster now and make more money that way.
This will fundamentally change the way I grow my farm in the early stages. I use baling contracts to get leftovers for grass, hay and silage to be able to feed sheep early on and for an easy way to make TMR for my cows without owning any of my own baling equipment. This will slow my farm growth and maybe delay me for a bit before I start animals. I'm not complaining, just taking note. I honestly kind of like this better as I prefer the realism. I'm always worried though on harvesting contracts from AI fields though that they won't take into account the yield differences from bonuses and I won't have enough there to complete the contract to 100%. These margins seem really tight, but as long as I can complete the contract I'm fine with it.
On the other hand, sheep get 100% of their food requirements from grazing. So if you make a big pasture and start a small flock it will be self sustaining and throw a ram in to expand the flock over time. Would just have to have another bit of grass (or your yard and headlands lol) to mow for winter feeding
@@Katastra_ That is definitely an option but then I need to dedicate a valuable field early on I could be using for crops to using it for grazing grass. I usually don’t dedicate a field for grass/hay production until later. It is an option yes but it still changes how I approach the early stages of my farm.
From what I see, I prefer this, It always felt cheeasy/cheaty that you get paid for any excess, Also glad the silage excess was several thousands. also the Cotton harvests. always paid way too much
If the deadwood didnt dissapear at the ending of the contract you could potentially leave hundreds of felled trees all over the map. Im sure theyve done this to help with possible lag. Just sell it before contract completion.
Possibly, but that's really a you problem not a them problem that they are trying to solve for you. I don't like it when companies force stupid design decisions to help idiots who will break their own game and then complain about it. How are people going to learn that there are limitations to a game like this if they can't put themselves in a position to experience that when they have 50 of those trees sitting around they are fine but when they have 500, things go to crap
@@peteoneill5799 Could be I guess, but at that point I suppose my question is why would you want to do the contract but not want all the reward from it, even it is kinda small. Then again I've always been a weird farm sim player so maybe I'm the odd one on this
@@peteoneill5799 Any way we go at it, I'll be glad when the new one is released. I want to play again but for the past couple of months knowing we were this close to the new one I couldn't get motivated to play 22. I kinda forgot about the release being this month though and forgot to take a couple days off work for it and now it's too late to put in for them this week. Maybe I can get a couple approved for next week though because after Thanksgiving for sure all leave requests are automatically denied until after the new year
Thanks for showing us this MrSP certainly interesting the changes they've made for contracts. like you I do love the progress bar, that is welcomed. The unmowed grass on the field has the perfectionist in me screaming though. 😂 It's pretty great that we can now contract bale straw from fields after harvest because that was something that was always wasted. Specifying which shaped bale wasn't something I was expecting. With the you don't have access to the land issue, I wonder if you hire machines if it bars you from using any other machines i.e your own? Which is an annoying change if true. I feel the margin for leftover is way too small and it might lead to some problems like fs22 where files contracts lay uncompleated with nothing else for us to do. But I guess only time will tell.
The mowing contracts make me wonder if on your own fields if you’re going to be able to Tedder then bale or is it going to force you to wait for it to dry
Did anybody ever think that maybe after u finish the mowing contract the same field will then have another contract for tedding and then on said field another contract for bailing? So 3 contracts on one field which would equal more money?
Just like last time…I will continue playing the last version until some important mods are released, like CoursePlay, AutoDrive, Better Contracts, etc…
The most common contracts regarding grass is indeed the whole chain, and after that baling. Only mowing or wrap silagebales is...not really a thing, if not mowing some field and not pick up the grass at all, just for keeping it a field and not let it got over grown. They should just have keept the "old" contracts too, in my opinion. But keeping anything after a contract...thats a good thing they took away. That's theft...😅
Its not theft its called a bonus. The farmer agreed to pay you what he can afford based on expected yields, when the yield is almost 80% - 120% more then what he expected, he gives you a slight bonus to the agreed upon pay.
I think it's pretty nice change. Although you're not longer able to finish mowing after 100%, the change provides more activities. Also, you need to move your ass
It’s kind of ridiculous that it has such an emphasis on “realism” regarding not getting to keep any extra bales. Yet it still completes a contract with unmowed grass left, unbaled windrow left, etc. talk about taking a half measured effort. I think I’m going to stick with FS 22 until I see what the modders are able to do with this. I may not get the benefit of the GPS and AI worker upgrades, but at least I will have access to so much more equipment and maps.
In my view, we should get only the amount we are promised before the contract. In fs22 there are many contracts which offer X amount but after completing the contract we get 2X! So this approach is more realistic and gives more challange to the player and thus games didnt loose its play ability
I not a fan of contract just ending and not having anything left over after. Should be optional...like a difficulty level in other games. I play solo and often the left over crops and extra money helps a lot. Also the machine would not just stop at a certain percentage of the field. It would just keep working until you chose to finish. Fs 22 felt more realistic in that sense.
First of all FS22 the map showed you where the contract is and where it goes. So how can you forget. The new info is just taking up screen space which I would like to be clear.
I dont think ive ever disagreed with any thoughts or opinions youve had in 7 years! For me though, contract work is you as a contractor doing a job for a farmer. I understand your frustration and it does change the way we need to play but i welcome the change. It's more honest and thats the way i play. I've never played unrealistically amd even mods i download are real life equipment. Obviously as a content creator your veiws will be different but as an avid fan of the game, i just see it as different. Not worse. Do contracts for easy income untill youre own farm or business is raking in enough to make profit.

I like these contracts way more. Just mowing, no baling. Great Imo.
Agreed lol,he was complaining about it being better lol

That is very cool, that the a I worker drives right around the corner. That's awesome🎉🎉
Seems to me if I want to do mowing and baling like in FS22 it's going to be on my own fields.
Some playthroughs I like to start nearly a rags to riches using mowing/bailing contracts to slowly purchase my own used equipment. And, I really dislike not being able to complete the work. That was something I like better in FS22. Maybe there will be something new to replace the mowing/bailing contracts.
i’m ok with timers as long as they don’t continue to countdown if you pause or close the map.
Great change to contracts to make it realistic for players however probably doesn’t suit content creators which like to quickly progress their series
I like the overall improvement and how the game has developed but I have to say I'm disappointed with Giants removing the old baling contract style 😢
Your character looks like Hank Williams JR. lol
Hey Mr.sealy P. try a bailing contract without barrowing the equipment and try a square bailer and see what happens
You have to read the contracts properly. Some of them let you keep "leftovers", but you have top that *before* finishing them.
I agree that the contracts are much more realistic now to real life. Going to take a lot more work to build up your farm and not getting freebies.
I never did the bailing contracts as it was so much to do.
I like it more split up. I can just get the mowing if I dont feel like doing all the work.
To get rid of the "cancelled" contracts click Collect (of all things)
I'm on the fence. I don't like that they split up the mowing/baling jobs. I did like borrowing the equipment and hauling 3 or 4 implements out to a field to do mowing, tedding, windrowing and baling. I guess it's good that they removed the "cheating" part of it. I use to take on a baling job, especially on field 71. Bale it and instead of taking the bales to the market, I'd take them to my farm and stack them and then cancel the job. I still have the bales and could sell them for a LOAD of money. But this kind of took the fun out of it and I stopped doing that.
I'm curious when you drive over a swath and it flattens, are you able to still pick up that bit or has it become to flat in the ground?
Looks cool I cannot wait until Tuesday
American sense of humor
This video should be titled (MrSealpy has his first real job and doesn’t like it)
But... he isnt American is he? He has a British accent.
@@another_alex8738 They aren't saying that. The statement is "American sense of humor".
I quit playing cross out because it kept getting harder to find players. So now I just do farm simulator and it's the best decision i've ever made.
I don't like the fact they went backwards with the field not being completely done and the cut you off saying the contract is done i hated that about 15 and 17 I was glad to see it let me completely finish the field in 19 and 22
If you borrow equipment for a contract you can't use your own ,if you used your own equipment you could have brought a round and square bailer to the contract field
is the big bag lifter still working for load loggs on a trailer?
That was a mod that was released on FS22. It won't be on FS25 unless the mod maker remakes the mod and submit it to be released in FS25.But I imagine it will be back at some point
Can't wait to play this on my channel. Great vid as always MrSealyP
The 13th at 12:00am Australian time can’t come quick enough I want my hands on this game already
The AI cars that overtakes. What happens if you drive in the middle of the street. Do the drive on the field to overtake or honking🤣
I like the fact that they're split. I would like to see a contract to deliver the bales. But keeping bales, while nice wasn't realistic. I'd like to see the same with the harvesting contracts. I don't see a farmer say, well I got a better yeild so you can have some.
Says you, You just haven't seen it done where you live.
It should be designed if you bale a field the next contract that pops up is the same guy asking you to wrap or collect them for him.
I'm thinking a LED pointed directly to the ground under a combine chute would be helpful in real life and in game.
I hope they gave us rolling/mulching and liming missions
Oh don't like the fact when you completed the mowing contract wouldn't let you do that last little bit OCD
Hey you got paid for the deadwood! It was automatically. Your payout was 1,245 but you grossed 1,500$
I’m wondering if you move the deadwood to the sawmill if it will say not excepted here
I think we are all a little guilty of relying on bailing contracts to make money in FS22.
Just found out that you can rent equipment for one contract, and then use the equipment to use on similar contracts just like fs22.
What if you accept the bailing contract without borrowing equipment, wonder if that would allow you to use whatever you have available.
With the new GPS. What happens if u expand the field? Does it still follow the border of the field
Yes
The most important question. Does the side panel work on FS25? Since it doesn't work on the ps5 version of the game I'm going to guess no.
It's Sony that have stopped it from working on ps.
@ram89572 I imagine it's also there for the people that want to do the contract but have no desire to remove the wood.
@@peteoneill5799 Could be I guess, but at that point I suppose my question is why would you want to do the contract but not want all the reward from it, even it is kinda small. Then again I've always been a weird farm sim player so maybe I'm the odd one on this
@ram89572 I'm the same way as you but everyone has their way of plating and the option is there for all. Seems like a positive thing to me
@@peteoneill5799 Any way we go at it, I'll be glad when the new one is released.
It's pretty great that we can now contract bale straw from fields after harvest because that was something that was always wasted.
But I guess only time will tell.
sorry if this has been said but is it because the trees were still within the red cycle that they went when you completed?
The mowing contracts make me wonder if on your own fields if you’re going to be able to Tedder then bale or is it going to force you to wait for it to dry
I'm assuming you have to sell or chip the deadwood before completing the contract?
Did anybody ever think that maybe after u finish the mowing contract the same field will then have another contract for tedding and then on said field another contract for bailing? So 3 contracts on one field which would equal more money?
12:00 So yeah, in Fs 25 u cant get stuck in mud, but in a swath of grass....🤔 👍
Can you still buy a field when you accept a contract
Just like last time…I will continue playing the last version until some important mods are released, like CoursePlay, AutoDrive, Better Contracts, etc…
i feel you should now mow your own fields then bale it then stack it ,
The most common contracts regarding grass is indeed the whole chain, and after that baling.
Should’ve accepted the bailing contract without borrowing items and then seen if a square bale worked
Bailing is all set up and there is a wrapping one also
So much better in 25
It’s kind of ridiculous that it has such an emphasis on “realism” regarding not getting to keep any extra bales.
Don't forget all the glitches in the first 2 - 3 months.
@@Kryten428 It will take that long to download the game for me
In my view, we should get only the amount we are promised before the contract.
They need longer Beards available in the Wardrobe for us Guys, Paul. HAHAHAHAHA
I wonder if the U.S. Mail Vehicle stops at Mail box's ?? HAHAHAAHAHA
Can you front mow and rear forage harvester on a contract for mowing?
I’m not sure if I’ll like the new contracts system. The only way I’ll know is play the game for about a month.
Extra challenge can be good
I dont think ive ever disagreed with any thoughts or opinions youve had in 7 years!

Assumed that contracts terminated at midnight, but then saw no expiration timer, so figured ok; unlimited. Nope
Then I was doing a wood move contract that expired at 1700 WTF ?!
