In case anyone else was wondering like I was, this does indeed work with multiple Beats Studio3 Wireless (tried 2 at a time) after updating their firmware to v2.4.0 (iPhone 7plus on iOS 13.3)
Very unfortunate they don't support other devices such as Bose and Sony Noise cancelling Headsets. This has been supported by Anroid for over a year now. SAD!
You nailed it! Due to COVID19, my daughter and wife have been working out in the media room blasting the SONOS speakers throughout the entire home. Now they link to one iphone and air play the youtube v ideo to a massive 10 x10 wall to wall screen. Now their kickboxing class is in high quality sound yet, in total silence - for the rest of the family. Too bad it wonk work with non apple devices. If you know of a way to add other wireless units, kindly share. My wife wants to start a kickboxing class in the condominium and invite others to participate whilst keeping the sound to a personal level.
This seem like a nice feature in an airplane, sharing content with somebody. I just wish I could use my Bose, Beats with W1 , B&O, or Sony bluetooth headphones along side my Powerbeats Pro.
We tried with two sets of powerbeats3, but doesn’t work, in the final step, when we choose one device, other one automatically gets unselected. Tried many times, tries on iphones, ipad... nothing
I can’t get this to work. Both sets of wireless headphones are connected to the phone but the music will only play out of one or the other. Not both at the same time
It only works with certain apps, which he failed to mention in the video. For me I have this issue with Amazon Music, which I find to be far suprior to Apple Music...
@@dsaldana9859 Using identical airpods, the newest ones with wireless charging case. It only works with certain apps. It won't work with amazon music or Netflix for me. Hi I have an Ipod touch paired with my car. Can I pair it a bluetooth speaker in my house and be able to choose which to use or can it only be paired with one? TY
Would be great if they would do this with any Bluetooth speaker. In that way, I wold be able to play music at my speaker in my kitchen and living room at the same time.
I have a new I Pad Pro 12.9 and two new Beats wireless headphones. I am trying to stream audio to both devices but I am having trouble. Any suggestions?
Why I don’t have multiple check option? My ear buds are connected via bluetooth separately, meaning one bluetooth connection for one side of the ear bud and I don’t know to fix it :( What should I do?
Are you able to talk on the phone while sharing audio or is this capability just for music? I have aging parents and a shared headphone conversation would be so much clearer. Speakers don’t work as well
I like that how when we connect and place it in out ear it shows little headphone logo on the up top right. I don’t know why apple remove that. I really love that.
Hey asron , i got my airpods pro 2 and i removed my previous 1st gen from my Bluetooth settings and find my app. But still when i connect my airpods pro 2 it is showing " 2 devices " are connected , even though I don't have anything else connected
Great demonstration! Does both pair of headphones need to be the supported ones (Airpod/Powerbeats) or is it possible to have one supported and one Bose or whatever?
Does the airpods and Powerbeats pro work during phonecalls, so that two people can listen to the same phonecall and one can talk through the mic of the headset?
What I found out is that any iPad running iOS 13 or above is able to shar sound beween 2 wireless headphones - as long as the headphones themselves support Audios Sharing functions. I can only change between the airpones through the above shown AirPlay function, as our two KODAK, wireless heaphones does not seem to able to Audio Share. I wonder if if I missed a step and indeed you can Share Audio with whaterver wireless headphone you use????
Hi, I'm trying to connect Alexa echo 3rd Generation and a Bluetoooth Abafia 2 in 1 receptor connected to a speaker. I have an iphone 11, updated to the last version os iOS.. Any tips on how to get them both together?
I love you so much I was about to travel and me and my sister needed to connect both headphones to a device (cause I clearly have a better taste in music) and we didn’t know how but this video is just amazing and we love you so much !!!!!!!💕💕💕💕🤣💋💋💋😘😘😘
No APPLE connecting to Bose head sets, printer, Bose speakers??? Whaaaatttt? They were all connecting and working 6 moths ago ?!?! Was it the most recent iOS update that irradiated those NEEDED uses… pls tell me this isn’t true

This is why people always say apple sucks, they’re control freaks
It’s called money

Technology is on a whole new level. Remember when we used to just buy Audio Splitters just to share with someone what you’re watching/listening to
Ahhh yess the ancient times...
perrinsunga96 oddly I had a cassette player that had 2 audio jack inputs. Found it in the back of a station wagon my dad bought from our neighbor.
Just did that this last weekend on a camping trip lol - which is what has me here looking for this info lol - knew there had to be a way to do it!
Yeah but that was much cheaper, didn’t require specific brands of headphones and was much simpler. So is it really better now?

Not much flying going these days!
But even if flying why be forced to buy apple merchandise! It’s better to use a splitter€

Apparently amazon music currently not supporting this feature. For me it works with Netflix and Apple music, but not with amazon music.
They should open this to third party Bluetooth speakers like Samsung does, because this a Bluetooth 5 feature and not necessarily phone specific.
This would be perfect for watching an inflight movie on the iPad if my AirPods were loud enough to hear on a plane.
