Harry a quick tip ,
You can go to a nearby shop and ask for change of the 500, Ask the shopkeeper to give you 3 "100" notes, 3"50" notes, 2 "20" and 1"10" Generally these rickshaw people don't keep changes with themselves as they mainly target tourists because most of the times tourists have no change. So you don't have to deal with the problems like the rickshaw person.

You say 'Kati bhayo' after you get something and ask for its price. If you want to ask the price first, you can say 'Kati ho?'

The one asking to remove him from the video was very rude with you and the rickshaw guy was a total drunkard. We Nepalese don't treat guests like that. He was kinda acting drunk and the other two guys (one on the bike and the other with long hair)were trying to scold the guy. I am really sorry for the bad experience with these guys.
