- I'll be sharing my experience of spending time with the locals in one of the most remote and breathtakingly beautiful regions in the world. For four days, I lived with the Himalayan people, learned about their culture, and explored the stunning landscapes that surrounded us. You'll see firsthand how these incredible people live their daily lives and how they have adapted to their unique environment. I'll also be sharing some of their traditional recipes and customs, so you can get a taste of their rich culture.

In the rural parts of Nepal, you don't have to starve for food even if you don't have money. People are very kind; all help each other to grow together. They live for the present with no worries for the past or future. That's Nepal. I love Nepal 🇳🇵

Hi Harry, I am also a Nepalese living in England, Kent. Where about you in England? It's so exciting to see you having fun out there in Nepali village and helping people. I am a country girl. You made me so nostalgic, refreshed all my childhood memories, thanks, have a good time in Nepal.
The people eat such natural healthy food, all home grown and home made. And it's delicious. I've only had dahl baht made by my Hindu inlaws and family friends. There are so many different ways to make it with so many recipes and different kinds of pulses. Simple good wholesome food.

Lol it's actually iconic that Newars are the only very few people who still have thier old culture and traditions still alive and Kathmandu valley is where Newar people are locally from😂. Also it's iconic that Nepal in the past before PN Shah came is what is considered Kathmandu valley in today's generation😂. It's iconic how the village people came here, overcrowded and polluted Kathmandu valley and now acting like this as if there's anything left in the village. The fact that the village people or so called people from "real Nepal" according to you are the same people who abandoned thier village, don't want to contribute in making thier village better place, and just wants to enjoy other people's city which they did no contribution and are the people who cries about thier village being undeveloped😂. Like how bold of you to have such audicity to actually say Nepal is all about outside Kathmandu valley when Nepal has all been about Kathmandu valley and it's local people even before PN Shah was born😂.
