The ladders don’t match. I’m guessing the first ladder comes with it, where did you get the second ladder?

Where u bought that small utility shed where u have ur pump??
I just set mine up but it seems to be curving in on both the long sides. Is that normal ? I put wood under all the legs like it said level and flush with the ground.
Yes it is normally it will straighten out once you get it totally filled to the fill line.
