It’s crazy how people perceived HIV/AIDS back in the mid 1990s. Nowadays people have more knowledge about it but there’s still that stigma secretly.

@John89FLStudio The first tune is DJ Fury - All I Ever Wanted. The second tune when David is outside the club is Terrible Twins - Burn This Joint

I’ve battled Viral Meningitis myself recently as well as Encephalitis and Pneumonia and I’m only 27. It can happen in adults too.

Unfortunately very young babies are particularly vulnerable to Meningitis infections. And Meningococcal Meningitis is one of the most serious and dangerous infections. If untreated in time, you definitely die from it, and if the infection is not caught early enough and it spreads, it can unfortunately cause permanent deafness. At uni, my signing teacher is totally deaf, cause she had Meningitis as a baby too. She was very good at sign language though, having communicated using sign language all her life. In some cases, deaf people can be eligible for a cochlear implant to enable them to hear again. But otherwise, deafness is permanent and can’t be cured, unfortunately. I felt kinda sorry for Ben, as I remember him being bullied at school for wearing glasses and a hearing aid. I know how that feels, as I had specs and braces at school. I never needed a hearing aid. But I had poor eye sight cause I was short-sighted and couldn’t see the board in class, and I had stick out front teeth. So I know how it feels to be picked on by other kids and your peers for wearing aids on your face or body that enable you to function sufficiently in your day-to-day life like all the other kids at school, but that are also unfortunately perceived as different and weird looking by other kids, and that attract bullies. I now no longer need glasses, and my teeth are now perfectly straight.
