I enjoyed your video, you are obviously the real deal, your two handed kneading was a joy to watch. I camp a lot, and always cook over fire, any tips on not burning my sourdough, apart from using a trivet in the camp oven?
Brilliant Mike, thank you. I use my camp oven and caste iron pot for a lot of curries and stews these days, especially over winter in NZ. But I cook inside so what temp and time would you recommend putting my camp oven inside the electric oven for this? Many thanks, loved your video.

pot in oven at 250 C when ready put dough in hot pot back in oven turn oven back to 220 C and bake 👍
