if you're looking for a genuine answer it's a combination of it jusr being a really good AI voice model and using it within its vocal range limits. there's a reason that the instrumental is at a lower pitch, i changed the key slightly so it would fit in pippa's comfortable voice range. a lot of the time you see these ballin with (insert anime girl) covers use the unchanged instrumental and then just pitch the voice up an entire octave and the result is that it sounds unnaturally high pitched which is bad because it often makes all of these covers either sound the same no matter the voice or just sound bad lol. you probably weren't looking for an actual answer but if there is a reason for it sounding better that's probably it.
It's also that there Is a huge sample range. Most ai voices go off Characters that have a consistent range, or only have one game/movie/etc to draw from
I don't know too much about voiceAI but i know there's two main AI method in the hobbyist community. One generates sound files while another takes a preexisting sound file, and kinda replaces the vocals with the desired voice. I assume it works by being able to match the peaks and voice patters between the AI voice and the sound sample. The latter from my understanding gives better results but is more limited for obvious reason.
