I had the same excitement about my Dyson Hairdryer...OMG I LOVE it!! My hair is so silky after use. I have been thinking about getting the Airwrap too, but my hair is still a bit short (I'm growing it long again lol), so I'll probably just keep an eye out for a good sale! The cleaning brush is actually used for cleaning the filter at the bottom I’m pretty sure, once the light at the bottom goes on you should clean the filter

This actually confused me so much 😭🙏 I’ve seen a lot of reviews that said their curls would just open up and wouldn’t stay long with the Dyson Airwrap. I’m thinking about whether or not I should buy it and it’s actually such a hard decision since it’s expensive

So we went to Dubai mall Dyson store and then said they can’t help us with it as we bought it from another country. I was like bro we bought something from your company it is definitely your duty and responsibility to help out your costumers cause bro I paid 900 dollars for this. And if not (if they can’t help about country topic) then the company and their employees must serve their costumers with the right and important information. Doesn’t matter if the costumers are from that country or another. They must warn the costumers about the voltage thing. Some costumers may not know about it. Even the RUclips or other platforms didn’t even mentioned properly about it mostly everywhere. Then how we are supposed to know? This is bullshit. I paid 900 dollars and they can’t do anything to help their customers. From reviews, Dyson is a good product. But the service is really poor. Even when I went to Dubai mall Dyson store, the employee didn’t seem to be very well behaved with me. I’m super upset now. I can’t do anything about it. It’s right in the corner of my room, rotting. After hours of research I got to know that some costumers are the same victims as me. So they used converter to work it out but they also mentioned that there’s a high chance that the Dyson won’t be able to work for so long if you use converter. It will get damaged soon. The Dubai mall Dyson store employee said the same to me. Also it is hard for me or I didn’t find any good electricians to help me about the converter thing. However this was my first airwrap in life worth 900 dollars. I’m in grief now. Can’t do anything.
It's because you plugged it into a plug with too much voltage and you fried it. It happened to my expensive flat iron in Europe and I never tried to return it because it was my own fault. Not the company

Yeah other countries have different electrical systems with different amounts of electricity going through the house.

Dyson has technology that limits heat damage. Cheaper dupes may not have that hence the price
