I actually love this idea. As someone mentioned it would make great earrings. Also might b useful for hair pin, pendant, decorative dangle for any string for a jacket, cute hoodie, to a zipper of a purse, make up bag, backpack, etc. lots of uses and it’s so cute ❤

True as one comment says here - it appears INCOMPLETE - YOU SHOULD HAVE COVERED THE MIDDLE PART. The metal part is still shown and it mars the creativity of the recyclable seal. Please crochet around that part too, if you don't mind us suggesting.
It's nice the way it's made actually... the whole idea is to show people that u can use anythng to create things.. if one is using bottle caps or something its to show their talent...if u make earrings from a can...what's the point of covering it all up... I have earrings made of drinking straws and wool... and the whole point is to see it that way
From the get go all I was thinking about was different color combinations 4 earrings. I read a comment someone made about covering the middle part...that's EZ!! Make a cute bow, glue a seashell, guitar pic, skull, pumpkin, christmas theme item, coin, any gemstone...quartz, turquoise etc.....possibilities r endless!!
I don't understand the appeal of the women in the comments saying that these would make "cute earrings" I hate large earrings like that. This is just fine and way cuter as a keychain. My personal preference, I know a lot of other women would prefer earrings. But as a woman that only wears the diamond studs that her mother gifted her, I don't want any other earrings unless my man bought me a pair of studs.

Might try spray painting the ring before adding the pearls and chrochet
