The reason why delete face failed is because it is not able to extend the adjacent faces to close the face you are deleting. Try a different approach like trim or replace face instead.
@@ymonga122 Sorry, I did not understand your question was on this video. At time index 1:31, I poke the "all but selected" button on the selection bar. You won't have that button on there by default. You may need to add it first by clicking on the small pull down at the far right end of the top boarder bar (selection bar) then selection group - all but selected.

@@Simcenter3DTipsandTricks yes. The only difference is I realize in your simcenter you can choose fluid or solid in physical property. My simcenter version 1996 release 2021.2 dont have that. I assume it already automatically when selecting material type. Thus, during 3d mesh, it just show tet4 or tet10 not like yours fluid tetrahedron etc
@@Simcenter3DTipsandTricks I think that version simcenter has limitation problem with 3d meshing in multiphysics. when I try in my coworker's which is different version, it able to solve without that kind error. Thanks for sharing the tutorial

i dont understand why try to solve it warns error about meshing, "solid property is undefined or invalid". I do exact step as yours
Did you apply a material properties as shown at time index 3:14 for the fluid and 3:49 for the solid?
