@@CrovelAnimation Obama was classy and smooth when he spoke naturally. Under pressure, you get the caricature of himself, slow, boring, with a lot of pauses. But, I think that was just him being careful to not misspeak or say something easy to misinterpret. I like him, and in retrospect, and comparatively, he had a great personality.

Not to mention President Obama took over a wounded and dangerous economy left by his predecessor. The Obama administration revived the economy and President Obama served his country for 8 years. He left office with a mighty economy for Trump. Even President Reagan and President Clinton finished their 2nd term with a shaky economy. President Trump, not as bad as President Bush, was blindsided by the pandemic and lost the election.
President Obama was the better President since President Ford.

Once out of the atmosphere, and further away from Earth’s gravitational influence, there isn’t much resistance to propulsion and there isn’t much to slow down the craft. That’s why there are a lot of ideas/plans to start moving space based infrastructure into space-because a vast majority of the resources inside the craft are spent just getting out of the atmosphere, and then getting back in.
You are referring to orbital distances. Yes, the moon does orbit that far away, and yes Elon has sent satellites and rocket into orbit around earth at a 300mile altitude. What are you confused about?
