The relationship (pink) squares give you lengthy scenes with other characters; that's where this mode really shines. Also, the future course isn't a tutorial course; rather, it has event squares involving characters from the DR3 anime, which is pretty cool.
The only thing this mode needs now is an excuse for Komaru and the Warriors of Hope to show up.

i just love how one of himiko's last lines in the post credit scene was her saying "it's time to move on from this fictional world, its already over" and we're like wow so true... anyway so the post-game mode-
I recommend you play friendship courses! Also, do it in the last year, cause beating the last year is near impossible unless you have ultimate character cards, and even then its hard. So like that you won't really waste a good amount of training, cause if you beat the earlier courses it should account for the lack of training in the friendship course :p
Quin Chan or you just spend a few playthroughs doing everything to get the best characters, then get all the character events at your leisure.

you should try doing friendship courses on one of the years. or land on the pink ones. they are really fun 😂 especially if u play with characters like kokichi or miu 😂
