Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Cakes:
2 + 1/4 cup (270g) All-purpose flour
3/4 cup (150g) Granulated sugar
2 tsp (8g) Baking powder
1/4 tsp (1g) Salt
1 large egg at room temperature
1/2 cup (120g) Milk at room temperature
1/3 cup (75g) Vegetable oil
1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
For the Filling:
About 2/3 cup (200g) Nutella
For the Chocolate Coating:
About 180g of Dark chocolate (+ 40g for decoration)
About 180g of White chocolate (+ 40g for decoration)
Note: If you don't know how to temper chocolate, you can use candy melts or coating chocolate, as they don't require tempering. You can simply melt and use it. If you're working with high-quality chocolate, just follow the tempering instructions on the package.

So the cookie is more soft ir does it have a crunch? It looked like a vanilla waffer at first so I thought it was crispy but then at the end pulling it apart it looks soft so what texture does it have?
These cookies are crunchy, but after you dip them in liquid, they become soft and fluffy like a cake. In Italy, they are known as savoiardi cookies, and in the US like ladyfinger cookies. But I'm sure every country has a name for this type of cookie.
