I learned something that yr. Even those who do like cream cheese went for the rolls with the marshmallow filling, lol...

I kinda had a feeling you use gelatin to help set the filling before I watched the video because that filling didn't budge when you cut into the cake, lol. What's great about this filling is the different ways you can flavor it to pair with the chocolate. Cherry, pineapple, strawberry, Biscoff, toffee, caramel. You get the point, lol. If you have a Michael's nearby they sell a lot of different flavored extracts... 😋

Hi! You can store these cakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to 4 days if the weather is too hot. Just remove them from the fridge about 10 minutes before serving.

It's more common to see it with buttercream, but this way is very tasty, and you don't need to use as much butter in the recipe. 😊
