Sir, i couldnt understand the Mean rise or sinkage part. 8.5m being present hyd dft and subtracting with 9m(accounted as hyd dft) there is 0.5m sinkage available, Generally. How is this applied in this solution as the condition is to unload cargo? Totally confused in finding mean value concept sir.
Just 1 question... (X and 1250-X) how do you know which is bigeer ? Means how you decided where to put x ... Considerations can be taken from either side
With all due respect sir, how can we consider 9mtr as hydraft ? In the initial condition of the ship 10 nd 7, hydraft is 8.5 . Now if we consider 9 as hydraft the vsl has to sink which is not desirable in the given condition . It says Max permissible draft is 9 , if we consider 9 as hydraft then aft has to go down since fwd has to be same i.e. 7m . Moreover we can not use 9 as a draft and a hydraft as well at the same time .(final trim 9-7 )and (Final hydraft - initial hydraft = 9 - 8.5) . Kindly clarify .
Yes, you use the difference of Hyd draft to find the sinkage then. W/(TPC*100)=0.5 Which would result in your total quantity of cargo by wt to be 1250t. Then you use the same way he has shown.
Bro , Use AFT Correction Formula you will get 9 meters as a HYD Draft , ( 9 A - 7 F) , LBP AND COF Will be constant . All the Cargo will be calculated through Hyd Draft Only
Thank you sir.... Sir can you please make a video on trim problem exercise 22 , question-13,14,15,16 and 19 I and many friends of mine we just looking at solutions and solving them... not clear with the concept... Please sir humble request 🙏🏻
Doing quit well work sir,

In question HG of no 4 TD is 30m , but in the figure it's shown 50m . Why is that sir..
thumbs up sir ...
Hello sir I have watched ur trim solved videos today.....sir can plz solved 16 no too

Length of ship is not given in the question than how you calculated correction in aft draft ??
sorry sir, now i get it.
U cancelled LBP
