- In this woodworking video, I’ll show you how to build a drill charging station and cordless drill storage solution. This universal tool battery charging station allows you to mount up to 4 chargers and store up to 5 drills and/or drivers and even a nail gun. Plus, the best feature is the pull-out drop-down tray for easy access to all your drill bits.

Thanks !!
This is so awesome! Now if I only had the tools to build this. LOL
Thank you so much. I am a DYIer and just learning general woodworking - I will certainly look for your channel and other videos. Love your organization.😊
Enjoy watching you work Peppermint 😁
Übersetzung:
Your husband must be the happiest in the world?
The way you tell everything is just sweet. Cute.
Thanks. I learned a lot.
The saying you said that lifted me out of the seating area was: “Easy Pisi.”
Liked and subscribed ! I want to pay you a huge complement: the ingenious and simple way you figured out to transfer the hole patterns from the back of the tools to the board using tape was 'phenomenal'. I am a design engineer and can appreciate the effectiveness and simplicity of what you did. I will use your method to perfectly mount my Rear Wing Aleron on the rear decklid of my sports car. I had developed similar methods using tape but the particular twist you used just can not be beat! with all my experience over 20 yrs. in one of the world's biggest auto studios and you beat me with a simple variation on how to use the tape! lol well done little lady! keep up the good work !!
One of the nicest drill/battery cabinets I have seen. Really like the drop down shelf for your bit storage. Well designed. Along with the tape trick for mounting things with keyhole slots, I sometimes put the back of an item on my printer and make a copy of the back. It works well on smaller things.
Very smart tip! 👌
Great explanation and no distracting music in the background. Very impressive! I'm a novice but this looks doable!
Your tape mounting trick for the chargers was absolute genius!
Brilliant! When my wife saw me watching this video, she stayed to see what was going on. First thing she says to me is "This girl's legit!" I agree 100%.
My wife is uber handy too and often gives me great advice on projects I'm working on. She learned from me, but is able to see problems in a different light and often saves me huge headaches by coming up with a better way to do something than the way I was doing it.
Loved this video!
Hello,
You made that very "well", a perfect carpenter.
Best regards
from Germany
wow! Your are quick, concise and to the point with valuable information. Thank you!
inner bourbon moth...lol!! well done!
😄🤘
Enlighten is. What is a bourbon moth? I want in on the joke.
Bourbon moth is another woodworking channel. Just as awesome content as this channel, definitely check him out
Late to your party here but fascinated by the thorough detail and description of this build.
I too have cordless tools from different manufacturers mostly because what I wanted wasn't available. This build will make my little workshop look professional.
Thank you for making this video.
You are the most creative person I have ever seen in the past 70 yrs.!!!!! If you did this out of head that awesome!!!! I admire your knowledge in woodworking!!!! That battery charging station is fantastic!!!! You have impressed the hell out of me.!!! If you were in the Detroit area, I would hire you so fast the speed of sound is standing still!!!!!
Nice work liked the method of transferring holes from back of chargers.
Bought the plans and built it - thanks! Extremely perfect for my humble collection of drivers. Can I coin a learning phrase: "micromistakes"? I made a bunch of them. 🙂 Of course, I had to tinker with the design, though my router micromistake perfectly matched yours! My drawer sits on 1/2 plywood runners glued to the top of the shelf underneath the drawer as I wanted to take pressure off of the pins. A little wax and it slides just fine.
Of note, the plug of the powerstrip you linked is wider than the forstner bit hole. No issue for me as I located the strip on the side of the box to be able to switch it off. I also have access to the additional strip outlets if needed. Not as clean as having it behind the false front, but more utilitarian.
Excellent use of the phrase "easy peasy"
Well done, nice build, I look forward to your projects
Oh yeah is like a disco in here! 😄😄. Great job and design.
🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼😅
Very well done, kudos to you. Also, digging the Bourbon Moth reference, love that guy.
You caught that 😄👏
saving this for when i have my next leave from work
Sweet! One of the best charging station I have seen! I love to see women working in the shop!!!
Nice work, i looking forward for the plans, time to upgrade my hobby shop.
Awesome enjoy! Plans are up on my website now
Just to help a little, your batteries should be charged in an hour. So put a timer in the back so it runs for one hour each day, to keep the batteries healthy, no overcharging. Hope that helps a little. Great design and video. Thanks for sharing.
Great video. Excellent presentation. Also, very nice tool holder.
I love this design! So well thought out, and I love how you used a routed slot for the tilting drawer. Very smart!
Nice build. Great addition with the drop-down tray. That is a detail I never would have considered, but very useful for something above eye level.
I would like to suggest this video be considered RUclips for "video of the year" with woodworkers and DIY's I think it has a chance to win this year YOU TUBE.
Excellent! On my to do list for the autumn. Love you videos.
Nice design! Love the drop-down drawer.
Great job Marie!
Simple and space efficient. One of these has been on my shop to-do forever lol
This has been done so many times, but your video was by far the clearest by far. Thanks 🇦🇺👴🏻
Thanks! Appreciate that
Dang it Marie!... now I gotta add this to the list... haha that's Awesome
Ha! I know the feeling. Never ending shop organization projects on my list.
Picked up a few great ideas here! The frequent bit older and the pull out shelf are pretty smart! Thanks
Best drill/charger cabinet I've seen - love your creative solutions, like the pullout tray, hiding cords, quick access bar. Pretty nifty all around. Isn't it amazing how the chargers multiply like rabbits?
You've got some cool features here! I like the sliding/pivoting drawer a lot, and I really love the false front with the hidden cables for the chargers too!! My first charger station didn't have the cables hidden and it drove me nuts.
I love the pullout tray, and your reference to Bourbon Moth!
You are incredible. I love your videos. They are clear and to the point. Just so enjoyable to watch.
Just a really great build with some of the best, practical solutions I've seen yet!
My favorite of the dozen of these builds I've seen. Simple and clean.
The magnet on the flip down for my random drill bits and stuff was what did it for me. Great job.
Loved the tape idea for locating the charger mounting holes!
A drill station was my next project and this one is really nice! Great work!
Another epic build - you're such a great teacher!
Absolutely beautiful!
Very straight-forward and clear instructions! Nice job!
You're rapidly becoming my favorite! Caught that Bourbon Moth reference!
very nice charging station! Really like this one, especially with the pull out tray to hide the messy stuff. Thank you!
Very good project one trick i use when installing iron on edging is to wear a glove on my left hand it not only stops you from burning your fingers but more importantly you use it to rub the tape down without having to pick up a roller I find it dose a far better job. Thanks for sharing 👍
Great tip 👍
Simple, but very ingenious and well done!
Thanks!
Wonderful. The drop down tray is great.
Very nice set up thanks again for posting !
Great idea and execution. Your no nonsense clear videos are excellent and make these projects very approachable. Still loving the Router table of yours that I built last year.
Keep up the great work.
Great build and lots of customized solutions for various tools and parts. I like a simple solution of using a hook for a nail gun - sometimes it is better to not overcomplicating things.
That's a great build and just what I need! Outstanding!!
I really enjoyed the way you work. so neat and clean, very useful ideas and so straight forward. congrats.
I really enjoyed this video. Really neat and tidy system. Loved pull out drop down drill storage shelf which looks really handy. Cheers.
Very nice, Marie, this gives me some ideas for other charging stations.
Fantastic work, Marie! Beautiful cabinet! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks! Same to you
I love how most the girls on YT doing stuff like this get to the point and show you how they do things, while the guys screw off and try and sell ya stuff. You killin it, keep up the good work!
Best and simplest I've seen! Will be making this one 🙌
You had really GREAT ideas, love this
Those BonBon box is dope.
I watch a lot of RUclips videos, your personality, skill set. Makes your very interesting
This is an outstanding design. I am going to purchase the plans and build this cabinet for my garage. Thanks for sharing this with us.
I really like the rdrop down shelf, neat idea for sure!
Hallo,
Die Station für Akku-Schrauber ist gut überlegt, gut geplant, und die Akku-Station ist sehr gut gebaut!

Fantastic build! Super clean. Really nice vid 👍
Absolutely marvelous!!!
Great build, well thought out!
Fantastic build.
Perfect timing, great video and commentary thanks 🙏

Loved this project, great video!
Nicely done, love the BurbonMoth shot out!
Great job on explaining it by detail … will try this soon thanks
Wow, very cool. Good job!
Very elegant build
Outstanding. Great video. Thanks
Hallo,
Great build. Thanks for sharing. Gives me ideas. Subscribed!
Awesome ideas for mounting the chargers. Good stuff. Thanks! and greetings from Vancouver Island.
Although I don’t need one, I greatly enjoyed watching your build with my Sunday morning coffee. 👍 I will try to incorporate you’re drop down drawer idea in a future project.
Cheers from Vancouver Island.
I haven't been happy with my charger station it was my first build. Im going to upgrade mine with your plans. Thank you
Nice. Enjoyed watching that. 👍
Nice build Marie. I most admit that I'm a bit jealous that Festool is giving you a track saw. I guess that comes with 152K subscribers. What sets this build apart from others I've considered is the charger mounting / false front. Very ingenious.
Also admire your honesty for calling out the router miss and commiserate with you. I've done that before too.
Great project and design
Great work on the charging station Marie! Thank you for sharing the video with us!👍💖😎JP
Great video, really nice design, love the drop down tray!
Thank you!
Nice build as usual. The tape trick is a cheeky idea.
Thanks for sharing,
Cheers
I think this is my favorite build you've done. LOVE the design and how the cords are hidden for such a clean look. Also think the pull out tray is great. I'm going out to my shop now to measure and see if I can find a space so I can get your plans and build one of my own. Thanks for another great project!
Thank you so much! Appreciate it 😊 Hope you can find the space. I love having all my drills and bits organized like this can't believe I didn't do it sooner!
Quick and educational! Thanks!!
Nice panel saw!!!
Great idea to organize most of my battery powered tools and for a quick access.
Great build!
Nice video. Thanks for sharing.
I like the pull out idea. I'll use it for some measuring and marking tools separately. And my hand tools. Maybe chisels. Drills and batteries use a similar set up but with upright slides for bits.
Good old princess auto I drove by there today! I like the slide out tray and the bit holder that’s awesome. I have the same magnetic bar for my tools I bought the 3 pack.
Love the cabinet with its dropdown tray (I would add low-level sides on left and right). The tape solution for locating the securing screws is a charming idea. The whole thing is very useful and clever. Waiting for your next adventure.
Nice project!
After seeing dozens of videos, yours is the best!
It is such a good idea to wear a mask! All of that dust cannot be good to breath! I just subbed, I cannot wait to watch more videos!
