Louise, that darling little porcelain shoe piece you found? Glue a strong magnet to the back of it and put an air plant in it and add it to your refrigerator-you will give it new life! ❤❤❤
These two lovely people Ian and Louise have fantastic enthusiasm and humor while taking us along on their adventures larking and digging, finding amazing treasures from our everyday past, searching the history for items reminding us of things our grandparents and great grandparents would have used in their daily lives, the jewels of embossed bottles that may once have held perfume or poison, sparkling water or a local bottled beer, pieces of pottery decorated with animals and flowers or a discarded broken toy that once was a small childs favorite plaything. Ian and Louise we thank you for all the wonderful videos you have given us, and thank you for your friendship. You two truly are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Just managed to watch this, great fun . I have a little glass dish similar to that as well , the lid is identical to the bottom so two dishes that fit into one . Love the duck race 🐥 xx
So many tiny finds. I thought that the first thing you found was a bottle for a dollhouse. My favorite find was the tiny teapot. The green bottle was beautiful. So was the cobalt blue bottle.
Lol! Louise has completely disappeared into that hole! Louise, stick with the blue and never wear camouflage, or we’ll lose you! Ian, at 33:04, is that a Golliwog? In the round up, Ian, that wall ornament looks like a poof of curly hair on your shiny head, or maybe curly thoughts inside. Lol. Love the kitty - he needs a bottle-brush tail. Another fun adventure - thanks for taking me along!
Thank you so much lol yes Louise does tend to dissappear. And yes it was a golliwog of the jam pots.A bottle brush tail would look great I agree thank you so much glad you enjoyed it .
Hi Ian and Louise, what a lovely adventure again with some cracking finds - those poison bottles keep coming for the Westcountry Poison King and Louise was hot on his tail with that green bottle. That camera was so cute and an unusual find, plus the kids loved the duck race too. And now I know what a shoe easer is as we've turned one of those before and had no idea what it was 😀 Hope you have a lovely weekend and we'll look forward to the next one 👍
Thank you so much , yes the duck race was good fun lol. As the the foot easer we have found 2 now we also had no idea but there was a name on them so we could research them. I was glad to see the poisons making an appearance again as I've not had any for a while. Louise did have a lovely find with the green bottle, but my favourite was the cat.
@@westcountrymudlarks yes the cat was a great find too. Speaking of poisons, we were out yesterday scoping a new dump and just had quick look over the spoil piles and I spotted the edge of a blue bottle. Pulled it out having convinced myself it’d be broken but it wasn’t and was a perfect little blue 1/2oz poison - my first ever. That’s what I love about this hobby, you just never know what will turn up!
Oh how lovely to find the tiny poison nice find and yes I agree when you start a lark you just never know what your going to find, fingers crossed for more treasures to come out of ground.
Now Louise the green bottle you found today is gorgeous. The color is striking & it doesn’t look like it even has a scratch. I’d go as far as to say it was my favorite find of the day I’m always hoping you’ll find a poison but I think we all have to accept that Ian is just very poison bottle lucky. You’ve found a few I think because the universe doesn’t want you to feel too badly You can’t even blame the holes. You swap holes & Ian still finds them. Can’t fight it ✌️💚
Lol yes I love the green bottle too it has a few light scratches but good condition. Congratulations winning the duck race in the round Up 👏 and yes the poisons are all mine lol
With all the great finds in this video It's difficult to pick a favorite. I thought the same about the tiny dish, it would be useful to store other small finds like beads. The little teapot looks brand new after your hard work of cleaning it and it may even go with the tiny plate Louise found. The poisons of course are great as is the tapered green bottle, but I think the mini cat is my favorite since I'm a cat person. Thank you again for taking us all along on your attempts to dig to China, your laughter is contagious and made a great way to begin my Friday. A distant friend from Oregon, cheers!😊❤🌹
Thank you so much yes my favourite too the cat it beat all the poisons.the teapot goes with the little cup I found so on our way to full set lol we did show it in the round Up bit we realise not everybody watches that bit. So glad you enjoyed the video.
@@westcountrymudlarks We can see that! And that's most important.. having a great time! If u got some time, you can check ur video advnetures.. Good luck guyz!!
I do so look forward to your videos and thank you both for sharing a bit of your day with us! I think Ian's little container 🫙, with the plastic top, came out of a kids lab set. Love the tea set pieces and the beautiful colored bottles. Louise's little paste pot is super cute, too. The little kitty is definitely my favorite find of the day! Let's call him Caticus Felinius in the spirit of your Latin find! Lol Can't wait for next time and wishing you both well till then! April
Can't believe what I found in my old jewelry case from the last 45 years...a frozen charlotte! Ive always saved little things, but would never have known what it was if not for my wonderful mudlarking friends like you making videos from the UK! Have no idea where I got it, but it will go in my cabinet of favorites. Thank you for all the hours of joy and wonder.❤ blessings from Southern California, still chilly and rainy, hahaha.😄
Hello Juney you say about finding a frozen charlotte, Louise found one in her nans sewing box and we would not have known if it was not for our mudlarking hobby how strange .
Hey, you two, what a great video. I've been ill, so I needed a laugh and a distraction. Oh Ian don't tell us how many poison bottles you have. I hope to find one at a yard sale in the U.S. I want one from England I have to admit, better than the ones here. My neighbor has lot's of bottles. He is from England. No I don't get any his kids want them but I have pictures.
Hello Lisa glad we cheered you up. As for the poison we will be putting one on the shop but unfortunately only screw top clear glass one but does have not to be taken in it. Hope you find the poision your looking for . Thanks for watching.
That poor little Robin has been shouting at you throughout your video, saying feed me,feed me.I now have a nest full of baby birds who are waiting eagerly for me to bring them some food.!!! Love,as always.xx

Oh you two are just so much fun!!!!! Louise do you think the little paste pot would make a good victorian Christmas tree hanging light? I've never seen one in person but when I see the little paste pots, I think they could make good replicas ❤
Louise , I love the green bottle you found, the shape of it beautiful the broken doll face is so cute! Ian you must have a horse shoe up your butt! Doll tea pot, poison bottle , square bottle, beautiful milk glass jar etc, Amazing finds you too , I love it THANK YOU ❤️🇨🇦
