Drahmin should definitely return in Mortal Kombat 1. I am one of his two fans and think that there is untapped potential here.

Even though I was serious about that here is my list of Mortal Kombat characters who shouldn't return.

Drahmin is my 2nd favorite MK fighter of all time he needs to return as a DLC Kameo fighter in MK 1 and then fully playable in the new era MK 2 game down the line
Kira should return in MK1. She can be an American mixed with Irish and Japanese blood. She can be with the Kobra’s team until betrayed and sides with Raiden and the others. She can have the same look in Deception with her ponytails. I think her appearance from Deception was better than her animated one. The early concepts of her can be in the game but keep the ponytail.
Dairou looks like they were trying to make him a homage to jet li in fearless or Darius was a homage to wesley snipes in blade or raven in tekken
To me I feel like meat could come back as a man who also did sorcery but is a good guy and finds shang stung but doesn't know who he is. They both have a conversation about experiments and shang stung invites him to see a experiment of his. And later on in the story expansion, we see a fight scene in the flesh pits but in the middle of the fight meat comes out of a shadow and starts yelling at shang stung and joins the good guys as either a kameo or fighter. Btw I also have a theory of how noob saibot could fit in the story without killing the new bi han
A flesh out Hotaru would be interesting, especially since Rain nearly wiped out Seido's entire population.
It would be cool is he wanted revenge on outworld then teamed up with shao
The destruction of Seido's capital and its descent into anarchy, as well as being a refugee granted asylum in Outworld are things whose effect I am interested in seeing on Hotaru.

Loved the vid. My opinion I don't really dislike any of the characters. Hotaru can be saved make him come after the new empress for havik and he wants the custody of havik and rain. And he goes to war with the empress and the umgadi. With the power of the order realm kamidogu.

I already know Frost is in the game as a Kameo but I don’t want her in base roster. MK11 kinda ruined her image for me. She’s just SO annoying as “Sub-Zero bad I just want attention from him 😭” vibe I got from her like bro, shut up. You’re so annoying, lmao. Give us a better character. I’d actually want Khameleon as base roster character. Her or Kira would be interesting to.
As for another character I would NOT want in MK1? Cobra. Not even as a Kameo he was just such a boring character and so bland. There was nothing going for him.

Havoc: He needs at least five new attack strings, he needs his legacy move that titan havoc has were he takes off his head and rolls it but its a mid, has the same affect as reptiles acid ball, and also hits mid exploding on contact. he also needs another one of his legacy moves that again titan havoc has where he bends his hole body for a low projectile and the amp of that can be a knock down allowing for combo extentions for cameos like scorpion
Sub-zero: he needs his attack strings made slightly faster except for his overhead, he also needs 1 or 2 new attack string launchers, both his regular and amp iceball needs to be faster to not only be able to combo with it off of normal attack strings but in juggle combos too. He should have the ability to throw his ice clone, i also think he should have his ice burst special back with the same proporties as mkx to compliment his ice clone(but just does not send you that far away). lastly he needs some of his damage scailing off ground freeze.
Scorpion: should be buffed by making his amp ground tp a launcher again and make the cancel built in to both his regular and amp tp. buff the amp hellfire move by removing the damage over time and making it function like how it does in mkx allowing him to combo after hitting it. he needs new strings some mix ups(i personally want his mkx overhead back). some moves need to be sped up
Quan shi: needs his mind control move from mkx back, and make half his attack strings faster. and finally his low tentacle needs to be one bar
Raiden: change raiden's b2 back to the mkx launcher but make it as slow as sub'z b2. give him back his vicinity blast move back with the same properties as mkx. Give him back his mkx amp lightning projectile back for combo extentions but have his regular fully charged move have the same proportys as the amp. he also needs to be buffed by making his amp electrocute special launch no matter how many bars he uses
liu kang: for starters nerf his f4 one button pressure but give him his 113 mkx launcher back along with maybe 2 or 3 more new attack strings to make up for his pressure and to make it less braindead. make his low fireball slightly faster, change his air fireball to the mkx fireball and the amp the one we have now. give him back his mk 11 dragon parry, and finally make his fatal blow start up 2 hits but the first one restands
kung lao: nerf tf out of his wake up special by making it unsafe af on block. give him back his mkx or 9 spin back but have it have work the same as mk11 so he can use it more than two times in a combo. swap his dive kick now for a mix between his mkx or 9 dive kick. he needs his mkx tp, and his low hat back, but nerf his mix up buttion's he has now by making the overhead follow up slightly slower. give him his mk11 21212 attack string and his mkx 44 launcher attack string back. and also he needs his hat spin.
Nitara: buff her by making her command dash like homelander so for instance all of her normal attack strings that leaves her in the air cost no bar anymore to command dash and it cost no bar when she is in the air command dashing for combos but the next one after that does. and also make fer overhead that leaver her in the air slightly faster. she should also be able plus after hitting her bf2 special allowing her to cameo combo after it. lastly give her back her legacy projectile move back.

As fighters I would say Kollector, D'Vorrah and Torr but I honestly wouldn't mind them as Kameo fighters. But Reiko either needs more move wise or he should be retired.
5th is honestly guest characters. Spawn was cool and the hybrid Baraka/Xenomorph was insanely fun... But we don't need them.... Injustice should be that game. MK has 12 games and is iconic enough to not have any at this point

I so can’t wait to see Part 2 of characters that you don’t want to see again. Plus I agree with the characters that you described in this video. I personally don’t want to see Noob in MK again but if he had to, I’d prefer seeing him as a Kameo. So other than Noob, I don’t want to see Kobra, Mokap, Daegon, and Kollector
I’m cool with Takeda in the Kombat pack but after that I don’t care if we ever see a Kombat kid again. I actually like most of the characters listed here but to each their own.
I feel like all characters should return because it’s a new era so meaning they can be totally different from the last timeline I would love to see old characters remastered in a new unique way I’m tired of seeing guess characters at this point

Drahmin is a character I’ve wanted for years now. He’s a demon bro…we never have many of those. I want them to expand on that. I can imagine him having his club on one hand and then with the other hand use nether realm magic. And story wise it can stay the same but instead of Quan chi defending against Scorpion it would be against Ashrah.
They shuld make the last dlc expansion called mk1 redemption. It can be about the earth realm mk tournament. You can have kai as a muay thai fighter with fire power and make his rival and brother of asian kobra as a new character, they can both be half thai and maly. Kobra turn on his brother and he can join the yakuza with his girlfriend kira she can be a Japanese yakuza bike girl and have a mix move set of kenshi and balck canary. Leder of yakuza can be shu hao with a new look and story. Dramin can come back as a monk and as the story goes on, you see him decaying and change and decay and turn evil from a curse and give him an oni mask. The final fight can be against new earth realm champion kai and leader of yakuza shu hao and can fight on the auttya ruins in a big storm. You can give these 5 characters a second chance of redemption.
I dont really care for others but Drahmin can come back as a villain, also meat can be a good villain too

Two fighters that I would like to never return are Kai and Kung Jin. My reason is that I think they are two of the absolute most boring and generic fighters in all of MK lore.
For Mortal Kombat 2 I want to see Liu Kang bring back Hornbuckle, Kai, Subzero, Havik, Barakaa and Bo Rai Cho etc back to the Base roster Hotaru later on and Chrome DLC
