    I love this! I had no idea there were brown mustard seed. I just got some and I’m not sure what I got. Definitely want to try this. Thanks for participating in Canuary

    Made it and loved it. Added my fermented home grown garlic in home grown honey and it was like an amazing medicinal food :) try it with boiled eggs from a local farm or friend - very tasty

    I made it because I love mustard. However, I think I did something wrong because the smell was just awful. I will give it a second try

      Maybe try keeping it in the fridge for a few days to let it mellow! It can be very strong at first.
