@cassl14 You're not an 'idiot'?? you've just simplified the "system" of corporate America. Instead of giving up and living off welfare or food stamps (which I'm guessing you do because you don't wanna work for anybody), you can create a business or invention. Or you can work for others until you've learned enough to branch off and invest in your own buisness implementing your own strategies and ideas (attracting consumers/ clients). There's plenty of self made entrepreneurs ( 'Fat cats' ) who've started with an idea and executed.
Jack Swegg you’re a hypocrite. You overly simplified it too. Just because someone doesn’t want to dedicate themselves to work doesn’t mean they leech off the system and do nothing.
I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Ryan Serhant. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And, though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there.
I have been a member of the 4 AM club for over 25 years..I am 62.. I plan everything the night before even what to wear..I love the quiet and not many folks around..it is simply that I am most productive early in the morning, and I am happier.some are wired to be night owls..I am wired for the early AM..I do a lot of lists yoo..personally and professional ly..it works for me
It doesn’t. Routines and habits is there as a base to fall back to. It’s not about never falling, it’s about how fast you can get up on that horse again! 💪
Watching this has reaffirmed what's really important in life. To have a wife and only actually interact with her in person for about 2hrs a day is just sad. Don't ever be so obsessed with making a living that you actually forget to have a life.
While I admire this young man's "Go get em attitude" and energy I myself live a similarly "challenging" lifestyle and I've been doing it for fifteen years. I am not rich, do not have any beautiful hair, and definitely don't have as much positive energy. My day starts at 4:45am...with a V8 Energy and a 1 hour workout in a dusty basement. I take a shower, put on a shirt and tie and make breakfast for my two kids. I then grab a coffee and say "See ya later Alligators" to my wife and two kids. I arrive to work at my Analyst job at 7am. I work on assigned projects until lunch at 1130am where I have Cambells Yes Organic soup in a can ready to be microwaved so I don't have to leave my desk for lunch. I work until around 5-6pm. My wife and I work opposite shifts and typically only have two nights a week together so I end up taking my kids to their dance, gymnastics, soccer and baseball...I come home from those at around 730-8pm...Cook a healthy dinner for the kids, help with homework, get baths, read bedtime stories, pickup the house, and then by 1030p I can finally take my contacts out and do something like this to relax...in fact I type this at 1030pm...My point to all of this is that we all work very very hard for our lives. It doesn't mean you'll gain wealth so I wouldn't take that out of this video. Sometimes you'll just end up like me...living in a tiny Ranch home...with two kids...a wife and a German Shepherd...I haven't ever been able to figure the getting rich part, but I suppose it's all about the market. The only difference between myself and this young man is he seems taller, much more handsome, and we have different careers...but at the end of the day...this kid's got nothing on my wife and I's work ethic, and the millions of other hard working men and women out there. Many of us have similar schedules some even bust their asses harder just to make ends meet. He has wealth, but hard work isn't the only part of that equation. I admire his passion and zest. I pray he gets everything he's working so hard for...seems like a really good young man.
Loved reading this and can't agree more. God bless to you sir and as per me you have an ideal life , a happy one I would say. Keep grinding and if by any chance you do read this I hope this brings a smile on your face. Best wishes to you 2 from India.
To get rich, you must work smarter, not harder. If your job pays you 10 dollars a hour, you’ll never be richer than the guy who only works one hour a day but gets paid 1000.
I admire all you are doing and what you have accomplished. Just remember to be intentional in spending enough time to be present in the life of your wife, daughter and parents. So you build enough memories and joy in them.

I really enjoyed this video and loved the enthusiasm he has about daily life. If you want to build an empire you have to WORK. It’s hard and time consuming. Obviously you have to find a partner who is on the same page and it IS possible. Everyone talking about him or her cheating just because they aren’t around each other is so sad from you all. Thank you for the video Ryan. Keep up the hard work.

noah 76 you are right, he could retire now and never have to work again, but will he? People like him are so more focused that they never know when to stop and so never actually take time off to enjoy their money and their life.
Onetrick Beats If he decides to retire, you don’t think he would sell his real estate business for millions of dollars? Who would really lose their job just because the boss is someone else? Who the hell just shut down the business when they retire?

It's so amazing how he did so many things in his first 2 hours. My first 2 hours is mainly about showering and staring at nothingness before I do whatever I have to do. Made me realize I gotta change that. LoL
I feel like this is the hardest part - find out the night before what will make you come out of bed the next day so excited that you feel energized for it :) Even if it's not money, everybody needs that purpose to feel accomplished in our own mind.
Great video and great grind, but to me, you are forgetting something really important, to LIVE, you should have a better balance and spend more time with your wife. Life passes and 24/7 will sound so miserable one day.
@@prajwal6187 Not even close. There's nothing remarkable about working all day. Don't care how much money you make and even when you love it all (which I doubt he does). I love my work as well but also know how to relax and take time off and get 8 hours of sleep each night.
I agree. I respect his grind, but I hope he really loves his job because that seems to be all he does. It’s easy to forget to stop and smell the flowers... I don’t think I’d trade my average life for his rich life, if I had to wake up at 430 and go to bed around 11. That sounds miserable regardless of the wealth. To each their own
Wow you are incredibly productive with your day! Question - do you ever build in time for spiritual rejuvenation? I’ve found that meditating 10 minutes every day makes me at least 50% more effective in my business.
I am a google calendar and Apple calendar user. I work my schedule on my Imac and then, if I need to check my Samsung Note 9 phone for my schedule, it's there. To top it off, I have Android Auto and I ask my car all the time, "What's on the schedule for today/tomorrow?" and it tells me what I need to know in case I made changes I left out of my daily routine. And! I add to it verbally while driving. It is a time saver for me. Keeping both hands on the wheel and not having to pull over saves me plenty of time.
An unhealthy amount for sure. Did an experiment this fall where I did a schedule like this for about a month. Still recovering from it. Crashed straight into the wall, HARD.
Marius Viken really? I find that interesting. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you and what do you do for a living? I was thinking about doing something similar to this but I’m not sure.
That was a really inspiring video. As a financial advisor if I could set just 5 appointments a day then I would have a great career. Ryan doing 20 a day is unbelievable!
I like how this was filmed. Everything was straight to the point. Most daily routine videos are crap, but I enjoyed this. I operate on the same sleep schedule haha. Doing great things keep up the good work man!🤘

Here's how I structure my day: Wake up at 11:30 AM I have class in 1.5 hours, gotta move quickly This is what I call my "Dumper Hour" where I take a minimum of 1 hour in the bathroom to get ready, shower optional. 30 minute drive to the school, I probably wont make it Skip all classes for the day Watch youtube Get food Eat Fall asleep Repeat
I just found your channel and am loving it! QUESTION: How much sleep do you actually need to be rested? I used to get up at 4:45am to workout and was exhausted at work! I have since completely changed my job and schedule so that I can sleep in until 7am, workout, and still get to work on time and happy. :) Are you not tired all the time with so little sleep, especially with tough workouts that require more sleep for muscle recovery?
Facts. Truth is this guy's happy. He is doing it out of a passion he developed, not something that was innate. I'll be the first to admit, I'm lazy as fuck, and I always think I'm dumb because I feel like I'm working harder than everyone else. But this video tells me that there's always someone working harder than you, and you'll never be the best. But at the same time, I can't say I'm utilizing my full potential when I keep up a good work ethic for a week and then binge hard on the weekend.
Ocin, I'm worth far more money than you will ever be (millions). I make more money than Ryan and work far less hours. It IS possible to have a great work/life balance.
i’m an entrepreneur and self employed with 2 business. i’m not rich at all, but barely starting and slowly increasing profit. i wake up, upkeep with clients needs/ communicate with my assistant then eat. i’ll put in work with clients. then i’ll go to the gym or do something for my well-being mentally, physically, spiritually. finally eat again and go to bed after planning the next day/ checking my assistant’s notes.
structure is built into my day since I’m in high school. wake up, get dressed, eat, go to school until 3. then home, snack, homework, dinner, homework and sleep.

He's full of shit. No way he gets only 5 hours sleep per night
he didn't sleep the whole night probably... that's what I would do
I have watched this video for like 100 times now. Everytime I feel like I'm getting off my routine, this video works like a charm.
Woke up at 4:30am, fell asleep and woke up again at 5:30 then fell asleep again and got up at 8am. Then I shower, go to work, and come home after 8 hours and go back to sleep.
People always hate hardworking people, damn.
@cassl14 Let me guess, you're a dipshit democrat lol.
That is so true! Agree with you.. 😐😐
I just hate workaholics and liars. This guy seems to be both
@cassl14 You're not an 'idiot'??
you've just simplified the "system" of corporate America.
“I get to the office at 7:30 AM, before anyone else!” Then says hi to the receptionist. 🙄
TYPICALLY BEFORE ANYONE ELSE .. ffs LISTEN
I think I he meant that as a joke. Which is why camera went to her after
before anyone else except the receptionist :)
Omg...it was a joke man. Wasnt that obvious?
We need the receptionist day, clearly its superior

Fantastic 😂
Exactly what i was thinking lmao
There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And, though I can hide my cold gaze and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there.

You can't relax and sell a billion dollars worth of real estate a year dude
I like that. Your day starts the night before. So true.
Watching this has reaffirmed what's really important in life. To have a wife and only actually interact with her in person for about 2hrs a day is just sad. Don't ever be so obsessed with making a living that you actually forget to have a life.
I'm a retired financial guy and the sad thing is I still get up everyday at 3:30. Good habits don't come easy or leave easy. Enjoyed the video
Thanks for that, your comment just made me rethink my career... Thank you so much.

Great video and great grind, but to me, you are forgetting something really important, to LIVE, you should have a better balance and spend more time with your wife. Life passes and 24/7 will sound so miserable one day.

I agree. I respect his grind, but I hope he really loves his job because that seems to be all he does. It’s easy to forget to stop and smell the flowers...

Hi Ryan. I'm really impressed and motivated by your vlogs. One short question about your daily structuring: about how many hours do you sleep ?
An unhealthy amount for sure. Did an experiment this fall where I did a schedule like this for about a month. Still recovering from it. Crashed straight into the wall, HARD.
Marius Viken really? I find that interesting. If you don’t mind me asking, how old are you and what do you do for a living? I was thinking about doing something similar to this but I’m not sure.

This is what I call my "Dumper Hour" where I take a minimum of 1 hour in the bathroom to get ready, shower optional.
30 minute drive to the school, I probably wont make it
Skip all classes for the day

Get food
Eat
Fall asleep
Repeat
Man- you made my day
I just found your channel and am loving it!

Everyone here commenting on how he works “too hard” and “has no life” is just trying to make themselves feel better that they are lazy lmao
They are finding excuses for their lazy life.
Ocin on god they broke as hell while he making like 70 million a month on real estate
