Hello,my Z 4 keeps roataing off to the left by about 35 degrees.I have done the 6 calibration process but its still rotating off to the left.Would you have any suggestions to fix please?

Hello Micheal, I m a big fan of urs. I request u to not recommend any iphone as it has tomany restrictions which affects upcoming bloggers. Its. Waste of time and money... Android is best as they are very flixeble while apple is very stubborn, which is not of much use for bloggers. My sincere request.. u know better...
I have had no problems with my Iphone 11 and smooth 4. The only issue is getting video off the phone which is not really that hard to do. I'm sorry you are having issues and yes Android is more flexible.
First of all taking out videos from zyplay is a task.... Then i m also using dji fly app. Which have roled out a new version which does not allow to fly above 15m. Android allows last(downgraded) version were as iphone restricts it. A lot of compromise with iphone then also specticel about feature. Overall as a upcoming vlogger who just opted iphone for video and photographs purpose is waste of time and money... No complaints from u as u have shared ur experience but ur folloWers like me gets it sour and bitter for iphone... Keep on sharing ur experience I will always appriciate all as i feel u always create videos tp help me.
Please sir when I turn on my gimbal it doesn't move or balance but it detects bleutooth and do zooming and menu via application but no balance like the motor is not working

I have only done it once and it worked fine. i have heard of people with the same issue as you. I do not know how to fix that, other than making sure your firmware is up to date. You may have to contact them.

Time to balance and straighten out the issues you maybe having with the smooth 4. have you tried to calibrate your gimbal? Are you having problems?
Mine wont complete the last 6th step green light even though its in position :((

Is the software different nowadays? I can't calibrate, just with the auto mode, but is not straight!
Far as I know this part of the software has not changed.

There has been known issues with Panoramas in the past. make sure you have the latest firmware and App is updated.
Any idea why the red light error on the gimbal is going away? Quite frustrated lol
The red light indicates the motor overload protection. Make sure your phone is under the max weight and is properly balanced.

It sounds like a balance issue. Is your phone well balanced prior to turning on the gimbal? Have you tried the fine motor adjustments?
same thing happened to me, its going left, not about motor calibration, its about the motor turning the the left, this gimbal is really bad honestly
Now is different, it doesn't show this options anymore

The app crashes when I go into motor calibration mode.
All I can suggest is make sure everything is up to date. You may need to contact them about it, Sounds like an App software bug.
