Thank you SO MUCH for this video! Thanks to you I was able to fix my Smooth 4. I bought it second hand, and the lower part of the back button was sort of "sticky" - it didn't want to come back up after pressing, because there was some fat and dirt between the button and the edge of the "socket" where the button sits (don't know what is the correct English word for this "socket" ;) ). Thanks to you I was able to remove the plastic button. I cleaned the button and the inside of the "socket", and sanded the edges of the button with sandpaper. Now the length of the button is a little bit smaller, and after putting it back into its "socket" it doesn't "stick" anymore. It's working perfectly now!
