Frank, we would be happy to help you diagnose the problem with your washer, though we'll need more details about the symptoms. You can give us a call at 1-877-477-7278 or you can chat us at our website: www.appliancepartspros.com/. We offer free diagnosis and technical advice 7 days a week. One of our Parts Pros Agents will go through the details with you and let you know what we think is causing your problem.
Oh i found the problem ..the wheel or pulley connected to the motor split and almost wore through the belt ...only thing is i dont see a nut or C-clap how do i remove that pulley pls
Ever noticed when people post a video it is one of two ways. Usually the first one is of, like in this case the washing machine. They turn it on and show it is not working. It is making a noise or showing what ever the problem is and that is all. Now the other type of video is showing how to change out parts. And some are good and others, not so much. What would really help is to show the machine in action. That way you could see and hear what is going on. IF it is making this type of sound or not doing what it is suppose to do you would have an idea as to what to look for. I know you guys make money off of parts. But is it a bitch to keep replacing parts until you get the right one.
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, that wouldn't really be feasible for us to do. Sometimes, we film as many as a couple dozen repair videos in a week. When we get in an appliance, we film repair videos for all of its most commonly replaced parts. It would be difficult to locate a different machine with each broken part that we want to film. However, we do offer free technical advice and diagnosis. If you call us with your model number and symptoms, our PartsPros Agents will tell you what parts we think you need to replace to correct your issue. If we recommend a part and we're wrong, we'll refund you and cover the return shipping. We’re available 7 days a week at 1-877-477-7278 or you can chat us at our website: www.appliancepartspros.com/

do you have to change the belt?
You should check it while you are in there. If it is old and slipping it will cause problems.
