This is a great villain introduction, because you can already see what a bastard Matson can be, but you don't know what exactly he's joking about, and what he's not.

What was weird was at that Norwegian retreat, a bunch of Swedes thought they were Finns suddenly, chanting "Sauna! Sauna! Sauna!" In Finnish for some reason. When that's not what sauna is called in Swedish, it's "Bastu", and anyway, Swedes aren't much better at it than Americans, so that was just weird scene all around.
While "Sauna" is a Finnish word, it's also the name being used internationally. And yes, while Saunas are a quintessential part of Finnish culture, they are widespread in Sweden too and from my personal experience Swedes are quite fond of it too (though of course not to the same extent as the Finns). Virtually every gym and pool in Stockholm (where I lived for a few years) has one, even my university had a Sauna in the main building that students and personnel could use. I once attended a corporate retreat in the countryside with work and spending time in the sauna among colleagues was one of the leisure activities of the event. That said, I agree that the Norwegian retreat later in the series was quite cringe.😁
@@pierobertone1239 they were speaking Swedish, and you don’t say sauna while speaking Swedish. In Swedish, it’s bastu. From my experience of actually living here and being married to a Swedish-speaking Finn.
So Roman comes to Matsson's house and says he doesn't have time for Matsson's feelings. Then when Matsson drags out the deal until after Logan dies, Roman is furious! It's seems so hypocrtical.
