I bought a rx 580 8gb saphire nitro+ for 15$ where the owner said it didn't worked, for me it did but had alot of artifacts. I switched its bios on the gpu and now I'm happily playing games that I enjoy with fps over 60 on 1440p. Best 15$ that I could have spent.
This is if you want to get up and running anything at any setting, no matter how bad it is. I have a 580 8GB and I went from 12 years old 720 monitor to 1080p and couldn't run games comfortably anymore. Needed to tweak res, scaling, FSR, settings. It's just not great. And I do have an R5 2600, not the best processor but I think the issue here is the card for sure. I wouldn't put this, even less being 4Gbs, as the best thing at all ever. In fact I was going to buy the 570 4Gb but stretched to a 580 thankfully. If you play LoL or something like that it would be fine, but anything else not good. This video is clickbaitey with a lot of caveats.
Alright I am ready to rip you a new one because i have possibly never heard this much useless drivel before in my life. First, playing on the lowest possible settings and pogging at the 70+ fps counter is not what I would call acceptable or even good, get me high 60+ and I'll be impressed. Second, You're not gaming with a budget of 50 dollars or less, Instead of paying like 300 dollars on that r9 you could have gotten a r5 and saved some money to invest in an actual usable GPU like a 580 or better. Third, 4GB VRAM is not acceptible even for 1080p. A 480 8GB would be infinitely better and you could probably find one for as cheap as that 470. I'm tired of this idea that budget ballers need to put up with less than the bare minimum and then call it "underrated value?!?!?!?" Like bro, we can so much better than a 470 4gb, especially for VR. also learn something about audio mixing for the love of our lord

I got the exact same Sapphire variant but the RX580 8gb for $50 and it can run Cyberplonker at 55FPS 1080p low settings.

yes best budget but only if you play oldie games or new games at low seetings and 720p with maybe 30fps if that
I have the RX 470 8gb one of my kiddos PC's and it still runs whatever they throw at it. (1080p)

Sorry bro but that gpu sucks. And your music track is worse than elevator music.
