This article is about colon cancer. Can someone tell me why I am seeing a picture of someone urinating in a toilet at the beginning of this video? Upon seeing this, I had honestly asked myself what one has to do with the other! After viewing the entire video, I still do not have an answer to my question. Perhaps they made an error here, and should have shown the person sitting on the toilet instead?!
@@bijayapatra6422I'm 33 and I just had my first colonoscopy and endoscopy last week. It's not scary at all. You have to stop eating solid food for 1 day before the procedure and they make you drink this laxative stuff the night before and the morning of the procedure. The doctors will give you anesthesia to put you to sleep. Then they wake you up within an hour. It's quick and doesn't hurt at all. Don't be scared of a colonoscopy. It's not nearly as scary as you might think it is. The worst part about the colonoscopy is not being able to eat solid food and having to drink that laxative stuff. If you're worried about colon cancer then go get a colonoscopy ASAP.
After about a million medical tests and an unplayable medical bill because your insurance company denied paying for the tests….. you might as well die before you have to file for bankruptcy.
I am having Symptom that you mention went to see my Gynecologist he gave me a cream to use haven’t seen any more spotted and I am really concerned and I am haven’t seen no spotting will be going back to see him this week.❤❤
It’s important you see him. I was diagnosed of colon cancer of recent. When I raise concern about it the first time my dr did the same. I pray it’s some other condition that’s not serious.
What if there is long periods between rectal bleeding. My daughter has had on and off bleeding with gaps of 4 or 5 months between bleeding. It does not occur everyday or week and there is no pain or change in bowel habit.
I have two tumours in my colon, and already had three colonoscopies done. At the time of first detection (two years ago), it was non-cancerous, Nothing was done to the tumours because I also had a heart issue, which doctor said should be settled first before treatment on the tumours. After having five stents inserted in my heart over time, the heart issue is now resolved. The tumours are now of a high grade (still non-cancerous) and doctor recommends surgery. Should I have the surgery done? Would this result in a stoma? What other treatments are available or possible?
@@Nourish808 - Thanks. That is exactly what I am doing. The doctor I referred to here is a specialist, and he advised surgery. But I am trying to avoid that if I can have a safer alternative treatment.
@@vijayyadav5593 Thanks. You are partly correct... it depends on the tumours' size. If it is too big or too spread-out, then it may not be possible. Anyway, in my case, it was not possible---as the doctor did not want to risk puncturing the intestine. So for the time being, we leave the tumours alone (as they are non-cancerous) and will re-evaluate every few months thru another colonoscopy. I am wondering is there any thing to take that could shrink or cause the tumours to disappear?

In colonoscopy tumour can be removed safely and biopsy test will make you sure ie, not cancerous

Just tell everybody to stop eating sodium nitrate its in all processed "MEATS"hotdogs, bologna, etc
The main culprit is sugar in every form …sugar and high carb foods makes inflammation in the body your body try’s to fight that and not cancer.
Oh goodness
@smileypureblood930 The main culprit is genetic predisposition. My grandmother was a sugar free vegetarian all her life and died of colon cancer.
