Great review and info on the 360XL . Was on the fence which way to go between the Blackstone or Q360XL .
    Definitely the 360 .

Infomercial, but having owned both, the 360 is my favorite of the two. It's also twice as much money or almost twice. Harder to find also in box stores or online. If you can find one, and it's on sale, I got an XL for $250, is a sweet griddle to cook with. It's a clone of a $6000 outdoor griddle and I think works just as well. The Blackstone is a clone of the grill at 1950s style diners or Waffle House. Both good, but I do prefer round with no edge. The lip facing down, holds in the heat also.

Great complement! But I guess not because it’s not a sponsor video. It’s my opinion. And like you Boss, I line the round one better. Thank you for sharing with this community!.

Is there a trick or best way to ignite. This is my biggest problem.

Sorry I missed this. I'm sure you found a way. What I do is turn the nob to on slowly, hear the click keep going half inch. Then go back off and turn it on slowly and it lights up. It's because when you first turn it on in the day there's no gas in the line.

What griddle accessory was he putting the hash browns in? I’ve tried searching for them but can’t find anything like that

Found them. Cuisinart CGR-600 7-Piece Griddle Egg Ring Tray.
First picture shows round egg tray but you can pull the circle piece out and make them square

Great review, except you failed to mention it is all a gimmick. Without the walls your meat is going to fall all over the place, and then you have to clean a very big drip tray all the way around, when it could have been one little hole that you push everything towards and then clean up if you need to clean up that didn't go through the hole. Need to use two hands so you don't throw your meat on the ground, but if you had a wall you could have pushed against it. The Cuisinart is a gimmick.

Thank you! And thank you for your thoughts. Did you see any of that bacon or sausage leap off the flat top in the video? You did miss the drip tray? Blackstone are great flattops. Cuisinart is a much better design for everyday use. It’s not for everyone. Blackstone is convenient for most people because of the amount of space available in their outdoor area. The Cuisinart is convenient for those with more room. Because you can cook 360 you would need that much space available if you wanted to move around the flat top.
If I could take the back wall off my Blackstone, and put a drip track to the tray, it would be perfect grill for me.
