inspiring :) ....... I really really have to learn this one :) was originally searching for peoples takes on "wondering where the Lions are" but after hearing your flavour on "Train in the Rain" I'm gonna have to take a crack at that one too !! :):) be well , all the best !! and thank you for sharing Mike
Nicely done (as usual). And you just improved the way I play part of the middle section ... the way I was doing it sounded a little off to me but I didn't have any better ideas.
I lost your RUclips, "Pacing The Cage" video many moons ago. There was that one particularly tricky part on the Chorus, I couldn't nail it down and I've forgotten exactly how the fingering went . . . Could you re-post? (You have great demonstrative talent, but you used to be a bit more "how-to". Any chance of returning to that?) Thanks!
O my God...someone cracked the code on this great tune! Sorry to ask...but where may I find tablature for this finger-flailer? Thanks again for your brilliant playing!!
Hey. Did you remove all of your other videos? I might be figuring you for someone else, but I thought you had a huge repertoire of Cockburn tunes and Dylan here... Sunrise Over the Mississippi and For the Birds to name two... Anyway keep it up. These are the best covers.
+TorontoLarrivee Got it. Thanks for the reply. Bold move. I learned a lot from your old work and it influenced my playing greatly. Thanks for having those clips up as long as you did. I'll keep coming back to see what you have. I would love to hear more covers on that National if you still have it. Your guitar collection is pretty amazing.
for years i been trying to find...what chord formations are those on 'Lions'???? is it the 'a' formation...if so...then what is the next chord formation when he goes higher? ?????????? arrghhh!!!
The first chord is a D (played in A formation - 0x0775), second chord is kind of a G (5x775x). Remember it's in drop d tuning (DADGBE). There's tutorials on youtube.
Fair point. Close up the guitar is all beat up & has some overspraying; I like it as an amplify-able guitar because the small body is less prone to feedback.

Ugly (if practical) pickup, but beautiful guitar
