How to use the Alphabet Embellishment Kits from Designs by JuJu

In this video we demonstrate how to combine letters from our Daisy Doodle Applique Alphabet with designs from our Alphabet Embellishment Kits to create custom word art designs.

You will need embroidery editing software to do so. We show the process in Embrilliance Essentials. (Please note: you MUST have Essentials to merge in design files. This cannot be done in the free Express version.)

These bean stitch designs feature raw-edge applique. For a polished look we recommend using a fusible product on your applique fabrics like Heat-n-Bond Lite.

If you use terrial magic on your fabric this helps in trimming and fraying.

Could this not have been done using PES files and individual letters?

Absolutely! At the 5:10min mark of the video I demonstrate merging in PES files instead of using lettering objects and describe the difference between the two. (Merging PES files is what you'd have to do if you are using any other embroidery editing program other than Embrilliance or combining designs directly on an embroidery machine).
