Hi Lisa, I so enjoy your teaching. Was able to be with you in person in Biloxi this past April, so much fun! Is it possible to create a “offset” so to speak if I want a monogram that is a block letter center with script initials on top? I would like there to be them slightest space around the script letters so that they don’t sit right on top of the block font. I hope that makes sense. I have a pic of what I want to do, just don’t know how to insert it here. I have Essentials thru Stitch Artist 1. Thanks so much!

Great video, Lisa. However, I was a little confused when you opened the Inflate diaglog box. you said it was a function of Embrilliance Enthusiast. Mine is only the Knockdown diaglog box and only allows me to go up to 2.0mm. It that a function of Stitch Artist 3 instead of Enthusiast?
The short cut you describe in selecting all the nodes and right clicking to Mae them curve nodes doesn't work. Is there another button you need to press to do this. You discuss this at 10:23 of the video. When I right click I got a copy button. Did you skip a step?

I have an 8x8 hoop as my largest regular hoop, but also have a 8x14 flip, or repositional hoop...will this design, "DogMom" with the inflated raw applique work with my flip hoop?

Hello @Lisa Shaw I have a few BX fonts I bought that I would like to change the location of the jump stich from letter to letter. Can I do that in any of the Embrilliance software?
Stitch based BX fonts are basically designs mapped to the keyboard. So there is no automatic way to reconnect the stitches. You could possibly use the stitch editing function of Enthusiast to add individual stitches to travel from the end of one letter to the start of the next. See our stitch editing videos on our Enthusiast playlist
Should this work the same way if I have 2 words that are stacked on top of each other? I am trying it and the result of the underlay is not covering both words. Thank you 😀
This video shows a technique using the Knockdown shape of Enthusiast and using StitchArtist to assign new stitch properties. Alternately you could create the shape using draw with points of StitchArtist. StitchArtist is required, Enthusiast provides a shortcut.
