Just a general Strength Routine works, all those "power exercises" make you strong for those exercises but have limited transfer as they are totally different skills.
For power there are specific drills to train you for power and power endurance in specific strikes.

Super dope video, I learned a lot. I have a 60lb log I use for my rotation work, and I’m adding some more movements and drills thanks to this video. Great content! Subscribed

First of all a great video like always. Then i would like to ask you, what do you think about the biceps and triceps for fighting? Many people say that training arms just makes u slower and u already train them by doing back and chest properly. Others say opposite things ? What's your opinion. Ty very much

For grappling strong arms definitely help. Trying to get 20 inch arms probably would be a detriment. It all depends on weight class and your own body proportions.

Hey coach, I got a shoulder injury some month ago and I'm just wondering which programme would be the best for helping prevent injuries and slowly transition back into doing martial arts?

How do you train dustin poiriers rear hand for power i know hes right handed because you can see it when he fights especially when he backs someone up and switches his stance to load his right to drop the bomb i came from fencing and wrestling before i did mma and
Like having my right foward because shooting and head movement is easier any tips for developing power

Has there been studies or any information you have to show you can actually create knockout power? So far it seems its genetic. Its weird as heck too! Ive seen guys that dont punch fast and there first arent massive but man when they land a punch they wobble guys hard! Ive also seen guys that just look average but the second they hit you, you feel it even through their guard. They dont even load
