I reall dont understand people who say its over, real estate is gone. Like what are you even talking about? Hyderabad is one of the best cities in india. There are projections that it'll be a megacity (10M+). People are increasing and Hyderabad is expanding. How will the prices fall? In 20 years people will be weeping, thinking we shouldve gotten atleast 100 sq yds. We all legit witnessed its growth, how can you so think it'll fall. Just bcz you and i can't afford it doesnt mean rich can't. In kondapur people stay for 70 per month for a flat. + 12k maintainance. We dont know how rich people are. They will keep investing and be multi millionaires. And you just keep watching and trolling. For the love of god invest in some land, dont let your kids have the same lifestyle as you.

Already developed and you will get all malls, schools, metro, mmts and hospitals.
Tellapur and kollur too far from hi-tech City minimum 20 kms from there.
Miyapur to bollaram road, equi distance from financial district and hi tech city.
