A neat way to introduce Roach to the TF141 in this game would have been to have him be a former member of Shadow Company. He could have been one of the Shadow's the Russian PMC's double tapped and still survived, hence his name "Roach". He could have survived and went undercover as a normal soldier working under 141 and has a personal grudge against Shepherd and wants revenge for getting his buddies killed. It actually would have made sense given the story they went with.
I like Shadow Company in the new MW series. I feel like they're "humanized" one way or the other. They're still a deadly force, but more dialogue within themselves makes them feel more alive and have a character in a sense. OG Shadow Company for me felt like cold-blooded paramilitary soldiers with no personality. Felt like they are robots.
In the gta verse, Umbra Caternae was a big PMC company. Alongside outer heaven. Another mother company of PMCs. After world war 3 ended and how Task Force 141 exposed files of war crimes and declassified them. Umbra would dissolve and part of the company would be bought by ex marine Philip Graves and become Shadow Company. But unlike Umbra, Shadow has veterans of world war 3 and other post ww3 wars. Some from pre ww3 wars themselves. But still. Graves led operations. Even in Verdansk. And Urzikstan.
Shadow Company really got dealt a bad hand. But not like they had much choice as they were Shepherd's PMC group. They really got the better end of the deal(not like that's saying much) in 2022 with how much Shepherd took a backseat to things compared to before.
In MW2, Shepherd double-crossed Shadow Company so he could put distance between him and Task Force 141 as Price and Soap closed in on his position. In MW22, Shepherd double-crossed Shadow Company so he could avoid being responsibility for an international incident by supplying the ULF with American missiles.
OG Shepherd & OG Shadow Company PMCs: deadly evil 3 star general and deadly PMCs 💀. Reboot Shepherd & Shadow Company PMCs: bald 5 star general of USA , funny PMCs commander, "i don't wanna test my skills against TF414" 🤡
You know what, Shepherd speech in the first time wanna be second Zakhaev as New Hero so His intentions from the start were rotten, he wanted to trouble Price who had finished off Imran Zakhaev by losing Gaz and Griggs then his kick off Roach and Ghost Shepherd change Rangers into Shadow Company same place in Afghanistan at mission Second Sun cut scene, *_“The Blank Check”_* And Shepherd make a deal with Makarov who is villain without direction to dirty Zakhaev's name at his Airport, previously Shepherd also knew Makarov's special place from Sierra Leone, Africa/Awanda and Kosovo a place controlled by Makarov in Cutscene No Russian
Reboot Modern Warfare Shepherd really is the king of burning bridges. Bet dudes loved him when he was a normal Joe in the Army. Don’t know how didn’t see Graves throwing him under the bus if things went south. Could have at least prepared a contingency plan for him just in case.
It’s interesting that graves and shepherd handpicked these guys because they were trust worthy and capable of getting the mission done then they were stabbed in the bcak like a job they use u when they need you then when they don’t they kick you on the side of the road like a dead raccoon,my think is that how did konni know it’s like they expected the cargo to come, some say Shepard ratted them out
Shepard is a selfish asshole, he doesn't really care for his men. Honestly I'm "tired" to see that the enemies are the Russians, they could sometimes change the topos of the "eternal cold war"
For me, Graves is a good guy. He got manipulated by Shepherd, he wanted to help his team, and Shepherd didnt want to. Thats why he betrayed him in MW3
we dont know, maybe Shepherd threaten Graves like killing his family or someone dear to him.
BRO HE MASS MURDERED A WHOLE MEXICAN TOWN BRUH🙏😭

I like 2022 version due to personality and some backstory but I still love OG slightly more tbh
"Come on, since when Shepherd cared about 'his own men'... ?"
Gooooooooood video, I love watching your vids! Keep it up!
I don’t really think Shepherd was evil, but machiavellic…
Shadow company still is and always will be the best PMC company ever created
If shadow company was on our side and playable, we would have definitely enjoyed it.

Since when does Shepherd care about danger close
"ah ah aha ah aha ah"

No one came to help Shepherd because of the sandstorm not because they don't want to
Yes, but when Nikolai arrived, the sandstorm was still going on, If they couldn't because of the sandstorm, Nikolai shouldn't either.
Graves when Shepherd starts caring about danger close:
*Somethings wrong, I can feel it*
@@alphacodyt because of the sandstorm, they couldn't locate Shepherd and the crash site quickly
Shepherd didn't give a shit he wanted all the money he could get

I like the old Call of Duty games not the news ones they suck. You should do old WW2 Call Of Duty games like finest hour big red one etc

fxck shepherd im glad graves betrayed him in mw3 and i hope in mw4 graves redeemed himself and his shadows, shadow company is really cool
Where did you get the modern warfare 2 remasterd?
Steam
6:06 It's false. Nobody helped him because sandstorm was too strong.
He's a paranoid hypocrite in both games.
remaster isn’t og
