Vikram, thank you very much for inviting me on your show and for your very kind words. 🙏🏻 Not only are you a great doctor, you’re also a gentleman and a talented host!
Dr Ferreira --- Thank you for all you do in this industry. You are a rockstar.
Thank you Vikram and Bruno!
Great conversation ❤❤❤
Superb - thanks for sharing. Having spent years researching hair loss and transplants I still learnt something new. Thanks guys.
Very informative interview.. Very talented Doctor's..
What I realized is
you must choose the doctor verses choosing a clinic. Thank you so much for the interview.
Great video
Great!!
Loved the talk with my countryman, Bruno.
In the next talks or shows, could you please talk about what kind of new technologies that might be coming in the near future and later developments regarding transplants? For example, in what stage is stem cells technology applied to hair growth, etc.
Time for a Hair Transplant Competition at one of your clinics. It would be a great opportunity for content as you could show the patient from start (consultation) to finish (post op).
Awesome video, I hope Bisanga next.
Insightful video. Can you please come up with a video on how RNA technology treats hairloss? There are a variety of medicines using rna to treat hairloss such CosmeRNA's topical hairloss medicine to be applied once in two weeks.
Timestamps?
Hello Doctors, did you see Verteporfin's results recently published by Doctor Bloxham and Doctor Barghouthi? They look very interesting
Question for both doctors....I've been on oral Dutasteride (generic) .5mg/day for 9 months but still losing ground. Would you recommend I switch to brand name Finasteride 1mg/day or topical Fin or topical Dut? (I'm already on 5mg oral Min).
I should clarify that brand name Avodart is not feasible foe me financially.
Also give it some time my brother. Especially when you combine more treatments at once (minox and fin) remember shedding is part of the process and is actually a good sign
@@dr.ingoletzen-dicht6614 9 months of shedding and shedding is increasing, not decreasing.
Timestamps please :(

My doctor didn't know that finasteride came in 1mg doses, so I got stuck with the 5mg. Should I just take one a week? Thanks!
You should use a pill cutter to cut the 5 mg pill into quarters and take 1.25 mg daily. That's extremely common since it works out cheaper than 1 mg pills.
Thanks, but both the bottle and the pharmacist say not to cut the pill. Maybe there's different kinds or formulations? Couldn't believe that the Doc wouldn't listen when I told him in fact there are different mg dosages available..
@@tyreechiejackstone7379 The reason the bottle says that is because finasteride pills have a protective coating to make sure that the finasteride inside does not come into contact with pregnant women. Cutting the pill exposes the finasteride that's inside which can theoretically be handled by a pregnant woman. The pharmacist is simply going by what's on the bottle and doesn't really know what he or she is talking about, which is common with pharmacists. There are literally millions of men that split the 5 mg finasteride pill with no adverse effects and with great benefit to their hair (the pills are all the same, finasteride inside and neutral coating on the outside). I encourage you to reach out to the office of a well-known transplant doctor so they can corroborate this (I'm just a guy on the internet).
