Stimming is the big thing that really helps me manage stress. It can really suck though as it can force you to process stuff sometimes.

Yoga is amazing for managing stress imo! It is exercise and meditation combined.

I really loved this video. You are the main person whose videos dealing with autism or neurodivergence I watch and look forward to. Thanks so much for putting yourself out there and sharing. It really makes feel seen and helps me accept myself as I am. Love ya!

Great video, big fan of the editing on this video and you seem more confident and organised. Looking pretty too.

The advice about not showering is good. My water bill is so high. Its more important to be in a flow state than have that physical relaxation if your trying to de-stress. Also I love your voice!
This video was so cute and just what I needed to remind myself what I need to do. Life has been stressful recently.

"Anxiety is Anticipating the possibility of harm", I get that when I've had strangers come up to me. It's because of how violent people have been to me before, the screaming at me and have been attacked. This used to happen a lot when I was at school.
I've noticed people tend to make a lot of similar autistic content to each other, the majority of the time, I can't relate at all to other person's content.
I've never had a paid job in my life, I've done voluntary work and hated it.
Like I am black and Autistic male, I find it harder to bound with people regardless of disability or not.

I’m confused are you saying you can’t relate to this video or you can?

@@TylaGrant I can, relate to the video, apart from drinking alcohol, I don't drink because I choose not to, I'm fine with water.
it's other content creators videos, I can't relate too.

i have a theory autistic people unknowingly band together , all my friends were quirky in their own ways. but we all went our seperate ways now...

I was unaware of the difference between anxiety and stress (which is funny bexause I also deal with both), so thank you for explaining that!
