What i like about Viewrail is that i ordered $7,000 of rail system for an ocean front deck. 4 weeks later the posts, cable, and accessories came. All the accessories were for the wrong system, the "trim washers" for the post openings were short by 180 washers. They said that the right parts would be shipped overnight. 7 days later they arrive with only 160 washers missing. I gave up with Viewrail and finished the order through another supplier. Thats what i think of viewrail.
These Floating staircases are growing in popularity right now. I am a small saw mill and furniture builder in Clarkston Michigan and I am milling and building about 2 sets of floating treads a month. If you need to have custom sized stair treads built reach out to us at Michigan Rustic Woodlands. everything from butcher block style to single large planks out of Cherry, Hickory, Walnut, Maple and more.
Demoed my existing stairs per our contract, now you’re backing out due to increased costs? Maybe prioritize existing customers over heavy advertising to save money. Time to honor agreements, Viewrail.
