I think you should start with online courses in your desired field on udemy, Alison and co. It's a good starting point before the Germany school sdmissions

Yes you can apply from your home country, but you have to take the classes in Germany

There are some for masters in English but you need blocked account. Sorry bro

Germany does not recognise HND for masters applications. It only qualifies you for BSC application.
