I have a question regarding the bridging loan.
How much actually goes into your bank account would it be the gross loan or the £200,000 used as the example in the video?

Can you use the bridge finance that’s being released to you to pay retained interest amount? If not why does the loan value you receive not remain at £150,000.
Would I need the 50k cash deposit and then use loan amount to pay interest and other fees? Hence £129k being released to fund the refurb?
Also, what company is this from?
And would this company facilitate or do companies facilitate the refinance option in house and can you pre agree that in principal dependant on the refurbed increased value?

Great stuff. Nothing on valuations which is key to bridging. Why this does not make sense is this? If i had 70k why don't I buy a 60k house cash instead of this.
Without Valuations this is complete crap.
