Koi v ho only graduate hone se hi bank job dega, q ki itna jada sales target pressure hai ki log jada din tikta hi nehi, 100 me 75 resign deta hai. Dimag kam karna bandh kar deta hai itna kharab bartab milta hai. Dunia ka sob se kharab pressure ka kam hai ye, jo join nehi kia hai usko pata nehi or wo mera bat avi samjhe ga v nehi.

Yes bro i have worked as a service officer in banking for 1 year 2 months.. uske baad chhod diya wo job pressure bohot tha ab kabhi bhi banking mai kaam nahi karunga.
Senior officer = sales executive. Woh log kisi ko bhi pakad lete hai jo bus unko paise de. Yeh pehla chutiyapa hai jismein company training ke paise leti hai candidate se. Uske baad aap sales executive bante hai, uske baad basic salary milti to government ke chaprasi se addhi. Agar aap jindagi mein kuch bhi na kar payein toh ICICI Bank mein Sales executive (sorry so called PO program) join kar lijiye

Woh keh raha ICICI mein agar 25 hazar ka CTC hai to 18K inhand milega. 41k ke ctc par 31 ke kareeb milega. Usmein sab allowances included hain

Maine 21st February, 2023 ko ICICI Bank ka interview diya tha RM position ke liye lekin aaj maine baat kiya Helpline number par toh woh log bole ki mei shortlist ho gya hoon aur verification chal rha hai jisme 2-3 weeks aur time lagega. Basically, in operation department, they do not accept this much age gap, Also even if you get selected, your salary will be entry level as you are a Fraser for banking,
There is no operation job in banking. You have to do sale only.

@@sherilvimal8104 review is bad because it’s a sales profile and in sales you have high sales target and pressure and also in bank there is a high sales pressure. So it is advisable if you can work under pressure and you can communicate with clients. You can do fieldwork, you can sell banking production services, then only join otherwise kindly do not join this program

Generally they take candidates with 55% but sometimes if the percentage is near to 55% they consider in some cases. But attend the interview they will discuss this with you
