I’ve had migraines since childhood. Sometimes they are so bad that my left eye twitches involuntarily , mucous runs out of my nose . They are so intense to the point where I am literally crippled . I’m gonna off myself .

In my case migraines are a result of disbalances in my glucose metabolism. What helps is: eating every 3 hours little meals every day on the same times, no quick carbohydrates and sleeping always on same times. Migraines stay away 100% with this way of life!

Sadly I have been put on disability due to my migraines. I have gone through a lot of different combination of medications and treatments. My and my Doctor's goal is just to keep my migraines at a low enough intensity level that I can function well enough to care for me and my daughter.
I remember my first migraine. I had just stepped into the shower and I zones out for ten seconds, I zones back in and felt really dizzy as if I had been spinning for a minute or two. I tried to breath in and out slowly but I couldn't really see what was happening, everything was so bright. I couldn't hear the shower or feel the button when I turned it off and stepped out. I couldn't feel myself breath even, so I desperately opened my bathroom window but it only opens a little bit. I saw zig-zaggy sort of square Greek style patterns when my vision wasn't so bright. I tried to look at myself in the mirror but it felt more like being Infront of another person rather than being Infront of a mirror. I wasn't exactly panicked, I was just confused. Eventually I thought of going to my bedroom so I did and I shut the curtains but left the windows open to let the air come in, only then did I actually begin to hear, see and feel properly again, sadly I felt pain on my head too. I probably would have fainted if my migraine got any worse. Ever since then I've had weak, short migraines and very weak but long ones too pop up randomly and I'm never sure why exactly.
For everyone who are suffering from migraines: - eat bananas if you get an attack - coffee helps (at least me) - eat something sweet, just a little (low blood sugar can oftenly cause migranes), I have low blood sugar or better known as hypoglycemia. - deep breathing, try to calm your thoughts - ice bags on the back of your head and neck REALLY help, or put something warm. But ice cubes are better. - many of you would laugh at this but normal sex life is best cure for migraines, because it reduces hormon disbalans, and produces dopamin and oxytocin. - regular sleep pattern - oranges and effervescent tablets of magnesium work very good as well. I hope some of my tips with dealing with migranes will help someone. I deal with them 3 times a month, for like 9 years. These are the only things that help me. I wish you all the best! ❤🙏
Please be careful with the eating and drinking especially caffeine!! Caffeine is the biggest trigger of my migraines. Magnesium supplements and vitamins b6 and b12 are great for brain health. And pro tip, magnesium citrate tends to bother peoples stomachs and give diarrhea and gas, so opt for magnesium oxide or one of the other forms instead to help save your stomach. Caffeine does help most headache and migraine sufferers but if you have atypical symptoms I would be extremely careful.

Uh I need help… I’ve been feeling a weird empty, wobbly and dizzy feeling in my head since Sunday. It wasn’t until today, Tuesday, that I’ve been having pressure in my head for a little then suddenly takes off. As I write this, I have a weird pressing sensation in my forehead. What can this be?

Well I cannot forget having my first migraine attach because that occurs as fast as the Flash of my dad's camera. And everytime I got exposed to flash, migraine occurs. I can't even attend the Prom because there's too much dancing lights there and flash of cameras everywhere. I always wear sunglasses now too because even too much light caused headache to me.
For me sleeping to much give me the worst migraine, too much screen time, eating cheese, hot weather, running, and last but not least birth control I had migraine like 3 times a month with that, it was crazy, and taking zomiltriptan is the only thing that help with the pain but I have to take it 3 days in a row sometimes it doesn't go away with just one but it used to, so I don't know if my brain is getting used to it I hope it will not stop working
Pretty much all the causes they listed have to do with the liver. In my experience, I have come to a theory that the actual root cause starts there, in the liver and in the gut. Hard to find info on this but to be honest I haven't really dug in that deep yet. Anyone have any info on this? Please let me know.

I know exactly what you mean and I tend to freak out that I’m having a stroke almost every time I have an attack. These are a different breed of migraines and if you haven’t been to a doctor or neurologist it could help and they can give you more info on them. What I remind myself is that if it was a stroke, you’d have the droopy face and lopsided arms when held in front of you. Definitely watch for those signs.

I get headache and by watching this it make sense but i sleep alot skipping meals sleeping late and headache lasts for half an hour and just my left side pains kinda feels like nerves but i don't feel any of the symptoms
That is a regular migraine most likely, the extra symptoms can happen with different types of migraines. Nausea is really common with most types, but others get a wide range of debilitating and strange symptoms which make functioning impossible. Luckily you probably won’t have to worry about that, but finding pain meds that work for you will be the best option. I take 2 ibuprofen pills when mine start and it keeps me from throwing up, but it doesn’t stop any of the other scary symptoms. It helps with the pain though so I recommend trying ibuprofen. True that. Truthfully there is no exact cause of migraines. These are all theories of what MAY cause migraines. Without knowing the exact cause, we can’t cure.
While migraine does not have a real cure from which the migraine disappears forever (as far as i know), Ayurveda does have something similar that will stop migraine for 6-10 years... My cousin's cousin used to have this and after using this medicine, she was free from it like 6 years or so.. But the sad part is that, the person who makes this refuses to list the ingredients, but she gives taht medicine to patients for free.. You have to apply this medicine on your toes before sunrise..

I got these severe headaches that feel like a pounding in my throat artery area to one side of my head and eye. And when I try to do something it worsens a lot. It makes me literally crippled and vomit all over the place.
This shit is the worst headache you can possibly imagine. I am a big man 6,3. But I become weak slow slurring on words. Also my senses are not working probably a hot shower gives me weird tingles.

Well I cannot forget having my first migraine attach because that occurs as fast as the Flash of my dad's camera. And everytime I got exposed to flash, migraine occurs. I can't even attend the Prom because there's too much dancing lights there and flash of cameras everywhere. I always wear sunglasses now too because even too much light caused headache to me.

For me sleeping to much give me the worst migraine, too much screen time, eating cheese, hot weather, running, and last but not least birth control I had migraine like 3 times a month with that, it was crazy, and taking zomiltriptan is the only thing that help with the pain but I have to take it 3 days in a row sometimes it doesn't go away with just one but it used to, so I don't know if my brain is getting used to it I hope it will not stop working

I know exactly what you mean and I tend to freak out that I’m having a stroke almost every time I have an attack. These are a different breed of migraines and if you haven’t been to a doctor or neurologist it could help and they can give you more info on them. What I remind myself is that if it was a stroke, you’d have the droopy face and lopsided arms when held in front of you. Definitely watch for those signs.

I get headache and by watching this it make sense but i sleep alot skipping meals sleeping late and headache lasts for half an hour and just my left side pains kinda feels like nerves but i don't feel any of the symptoms
That is a regular migraine most likely, the extra symptoms can happen with different types of migraines. Nausea is really common with most types, but others get a wide range of debilitating and strange symptoms which make functioning impossible. Luckily you probably won’t have to worry about that, but finding pain meds that work for you will be the best option. I take 2 ibuprofen pills when mine start and it keeps me from throwing up, but it doesn’t stop any of the other scary symptoms. It helps with the pain though so I recommend trying ibuprofen.
