Here I explain the principle of RESONANCE, and how to apply it at the highest contextual level, on the nakshatras of the Ascendant and Moon.
This is so exciting! I've been wondering how to do a reading for others in Vedic Astrology and this Guided Tour of your Birthchart really helps. It is also so accurate and a true picture of who I am--and I'm only on page 12 of 108. I've been studying for some time, but after a few months, I finally feel as I'm really getting it. Everything in the Vedic astrology system is so different from what I've practiced in the past, but feel this is the right direction for me. It's taking me this long to get here, but in my defense what I have learned is deep, profound, and solid. Sure, I need more fire lol
I have Rohini asc and Uttarabhadrapada moon so I guess they are both enduring and enjoy art and pleasure and are both feminine and agreeable.

Both Uttarashada and Rohini are oriented towards things that are long lasting. Long lasting achievements and long lasting creations. To me there is a certain "knowing" from both that you have "already won". There is no fretting and there is solidity....
In my chart: Uttarashada/Ardra. Enduring and Bitter. There is victory but less solidity in my opinion and more intensity that can turn "sour". There is an energy of blowing things up and as a result that solidity is lessened.

Ok, Rohini has Brahma as leading deity, while Uttarashada Viswadeva, Brahma is the creator of multiplicity from the one (Vishnu). Viswadeva (many deities) is the reflection of this multiple creation of Brahma, there may have a point in common. A person with both Nakshatras can be creative and multifaceted.
The regent animals are the mongoose and the snake, the animals that usually fight each other, so it can indicate internal struggles.
They are also two compatible Nakshatras, The Serpent indicates wisdom and spiritual power, and the mongoose bravery and daring. A good alliance for the spiritual seeker or warrior, for a cause or an ideal.
The struggle between the mongoose and the Serpent can also be seen between Uttarashada and Aslesha, two incompatible Nakshatras.
The predominant gana is human (manusha) so they are people with ambitions but also flexible and enjoy the pleasures of life without excess, warm and helping others.
Characteristics of both nakshatras are a stable and concentrated mind. Brahma need to meditate and concentrate his mind to create the universe (Rohini) and Uttarashada implies the need to order and unify the elements of a single field to achieve the durability of the domain after the battle.
Both are similar since the maintenance of the universe after its creation depends on the life of Brahma and his work.
In any case Rohini's creativity has been strengthened by Uttarashada's organizational, unification, and maintenance capabilities. Creativity and method.
Both Nakshatras stand out as good advisers or guides, so they can be excellent at solving problems that seem irresolvable to others.
Rohini is a very charming nakshatra and Uttarashada is a pacifist , with a sense of humor, dear to everyone, all positive characteristics for the character. However both Nakshatras are of firm and self-determined opinions so they do not sacrifice their beliefs to please others.
About the complementary features, Rohini's talent and refinement can take advantage of the method and persistence of Uttarashada to create a great artist for example.
Negative characteristics of both nakshatras can be obstinacy, the difficulty to change the decision once made, also the charm of rohini and the ability of
Uttarashada to handle the elements or people to achieve a purpose (to mantanin the victory) can be prone to Manipulation. In one way or another that it`s a degree of influence by their own abilities together (charm, diplomacy, etc.).

Knowing what you have done with your videos, website, books, vastu (from your beautiful spaces in your video), knowledge of so many varied dimension of the Vedas and Jyotisha, self-programmed software to assist in your mission, and I'm assuming your music, there's nothing you wont learn to build such a diverse, intricate "all-the-gods" world for people like me to learn from (while enjoying the beauty of it!).

Very interesting the way you have conceived the lagna nakshatra! Interaction or resonance between the two of course its a must. Your eyes scream Rohini demeanour speech attitude very Uttara Ashada and the little gestures are very Rohini sort of draw attention to yourself. Love your videos keep them coming.

Have my ascendant rising on Rohini 1,moon in hasta 1 conjuct Jupiter ,lagna lord Venus in shravana 2 conjunct Saturn . Four planets and ascendant rising are on moon naksatra. But this combo has helped me to achieve most of my dreams but with lot of emotional turmoil. Great video !!
stupendous example of how to tune into the melody of ones soul.....had always sensed that each of the twenty seven mansions can be likened to a classic opera in which our natal planets assumes the role of conductor......a puccini opera would suit me but alas I am stuck in some sort atonal Stravinsky masterpiece.....or not

Based on only the two variables so far, my analysis is as follows: The individual enjoys Great stability - physically (asc). As well as mentally (Mon). The executive and delegating nature of the ascendant capable of organizing common effort from diverse groups will likely be played down here, rather expressing itself in creative, artistic pursuits on a more private, individual level based on Rohinī. The viśvedevas can work together for many reasons, but here, it is as if they are all working for Brahmā. My guess is that the individual *cough Vic* is something of a Renaissance man - someone with many talents, trained in many different subjects, and capable of drawing from those diverse talents/Interests to create something unique and original. The fixed nature of both nakṣatras also implies a steadfast, emotional dedication to their work. How does this sound?

Ashwini Ascendant. Ketu and Saturn in Uttarabhadrapada in 12th house. Moon in Revati 12th house.

I got sun in uttarashada, both my asc & moon nakshatra are mishra nakshatra being krittika & vishaka, so there's a resonance there
Combining these Ascendant and the Moon is not very easy. I would say that you would shake up old systems creatively and with mastery. That's because I know some of these Rohini people and others find them challenging, but they are really creative and willing to think outside the box. I'll have to practice though. As for mine, I would stay that two strong Nakshatras makes for a very tenacious person. Am I right to say that this is what gives me the love of building things and refurbish? I'm very courageous and willing to charge forward, but only once I make a decision. Of course, once I made the decision I'm pretty stubborn about it. I will have to really master these symbols and I haven't. They are new to me. But in time I master this--I am determined, which the Asc. in Purvasadha and Purva Bhadrapada are showing.

-> this person will be very loyal and stable in relationships
-> stable and long lasting beauty/youth -> firm health
-> long time or abundant fertility -> nice and strong children
-> long lasting wealth/prosperity (maybe not as much in money as in ability to enjoy wealth = senses)
-> passionate in love or passionate about being creative / reproducing
-> long lasting inspiration or urge to create/do something tangible practically
-> strong and undefeatable in opinions about what is beauty, sexuality, art
-> very difficult to calm (from outside as an rushing elephant) if he get's passionate (although it may not last that long and inside he will remain still pretty firm and focused)
-> ability to gather many talents for creating something which will last for long time
-> will be able to create lasting relationships which will be "nice, multifacated, interesting etc."

It's very good. The only caution I will give is trying to give TOO MUCH detail at too early a stage. In a case where you know the person a bit, you can usually get away with it accurately, but when reading blind, best to stay rather vague at this stage of the reading, and wait for specifics to manifest more clearly later.
What site or other place are you getting the Nakshatra information?

I am a Jyestha Asc and Uttara Bhadrapada Moon.
Jyestha Asc gives me potential for material wealth that feels like birthright, but with Uttara Bhadrapada Moon I may come to know the even more fundamental birthright of spiritual inheritance - the volatility of being beset by demonic forces trying to bring down "the best" on the material plane can be "superseded" by a more calm "water dragon" that is more detached from this world which much more calmly navigates the internals waters of dharmic wealth.

Vic, how would Krittika Nakshatra on the ascendant play out on its own? I got my reading so I got the key words, but what would be a few life themes in this case?
Potential is for detachment, logic, critical / analytical thinking, independence, decisiveness. It acts as the backdrop for the rest of the chart, so various things will happen, depending on what the rest of the chart calls forth from that backdrop.
Hi Vic, does a native’s lagna change when one moves to a different place? How does it affect the lagna and other placements when using astrocartography to read one’s destiny? Or is moving already factored in one’s chart?
It doesn't change. The birth chart is a chart for birth. If you move somewhere else, the only that changes is your timezone ;-) [of course the elements and modes of the area affect you, but I'm just making light of it here]. Astrocartography is based on a theory that moving changes your RELATIONSHIP to your birthchart, not the chart itself. This is a very new theory. I am not sure how much faith I put in it.
Another great vid! But what if you or a client have very unfavorable nakshatras in ascendant and moon? Is there no way around that or ways to empower the individuals towards positive change?
Yes, we have to learn the positive and negative side of everything, and advise people how to avoid the negative and maximize the positive.
LilacsAdore It may be possible depending on the placement degrees padas aspects and other grahas placed therein. Also the strength of each nakshatra for the chart.

AAH sravana doesn't have any permanent relation to Capricorn. Otherwise everything is correct.

Hahah I was going to ask if you were Rohini. You have the facial structure! My father is Rohini moon. I can easily spot this moon in men :) Very soft sparkling eyes and milky white skin with rosy cheeks and easily blushing! They call my father Leche legs or milk legs hahaha but he is always red in the cheeks!

My moon is at zero degree Magha. Is that true that moon on that degree is very bad?
That opinion only comes from considering the Nakshatra and Rahi to be welded together (sidereal rashis, sidereal zodiac), because 0º Scorpio is a difficult gaṇḍānta. Mūla has its own challenges, but Gaṇḍānta is something else, imo.

I'll take 'wild combo' as a positive thing until I starting blending the other nakshatras in my chart....oh dear the toes are curling already.....😂😂 joking aside, I had an astrologer in the past tell me that my whole chart is just too traumatic etc leaving me feeling deflated. Since watching your videos and reading your book I can safely say it doesn't have to be traumatic anymore because I now know information I never knew before which has helped me grow quicker than I thought possible. More importantly what you say not only gets straight to the point but is sensitive and skillful to the needs of the person receiving it (unless it's a debate 😂 just kidding!) anyway I'll stop rambling...thank you for being skillful with your words I really appreciate it!!
