Thanks for the video Kristi, always fun to see what other people put in their smoothies. I started making spinach/ greens based smoothies around 2013 and haven't looked back! I love doing these pretty much daily for a delicous, easy nutrient powerhouse. Lately I have switched to either a collagen or bone broth protein, and have started adding organic moringa leaf powder for the antioxidants and host of other health benefits. My favorite milk to use is full-fat coconut milk found in the cans to get healthy fats in. Bananas are always nice for consistency, but do add a lot of sugar, so on days I don't want the extra sugar, I'll use an avocado to still get that creaminess without the sugar. Smoothies for the win!
Would love to see more healthy macro dinners ideas! I am good at hitting my macros throughout the day but dinner rolls around and it all goes out the window. Thanks!!

I have the following every morning, tastes lush Cup of oats Table spoon chia seeds Teaspoon of turmeric Small banana Half a small avocado Small frozen banana (over ripe preferably) Then a large cooked beetroot Then unsweetened almond milk
We do it all the time. Ours are usually consist of spinach, protein, fruit, and flax. Some of the fruits will cause it to foam up so the foam will settle and we find it makes it more pleasant to drink them that way.
@@mulekicker-ut5jl Yes! We use the ninja brand and I always make a big batch for my husband and I. The bullet version does get the spinach finer. But it doesn’t bother us.
I gotta ask..... you said flax seeds “makes you feel awesome” I always get so confused when people say this stuff . I take omega 3s, bunch of vitamins, apple cider vinegar, drink my greens like you etc and have been for a couple years now. But prior to that when I didn’t take this stuff I didn’t feel any different , I just take it because it’s good for your health, I don’t actually feel any different though.
@@Kristi-Eramo-OConnell I’m not sure if it’s normal or my genetics or what it is but I truly don’t feel any different when I eat clean vs when I eat crappy Processed food. That’s why I get so confused when I hear people say a certain food or supplement makes them feel a better

I make something similar. I just put the blender on the scale ...makes the measuring even simpler and zero cleanup other than the blender.

My loving wife and I both are so so big on smoothies, we have them also when we do our workouts, and they so help too!

Definitely going to try this shake! I suggest trying a tbsp of MCT oil to boost the healthy fat macros and calories if desired for more energy.

2 scoops whey isolate
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 banana
4 strawberries
That sounds good too! Def a lot of fruit but that would be great around your workout! Maybe try to mix it up with a few veggies!

Yes, Kale can get really gritty! If I use Kale, I do not use the stems ever!! I pull the leafs off the stems!

No experience with smoothies. Can you make them the night before and store in refrigerator and just grab and go in the morning.

I noticed a big difference in my soreness, my sleep ,my gut and my brain fog when I am taking this stuff vs not taking it!
