it's not the shirt (which is just a €10 basic shirt) it's his physique, which make it look great)
I think it was just a shirt sold from a site similar to Red Bubble at the type that was selling shirts with Anthony Kiedis tattoos of Sitting Bull and Chief Joseph on it. You can still find them online.

I have a friend who’s name is Zoltan who’s 58 years old who worked with Mark Vincent back in the 1990’s who told me that he was never a bouncer in the clubs, he was really a bus boy. He’s using that story to live up to the image of being this tough guy image actor name Vin Diesel in which is true as to where he got his stage name from. So don’t believe everything he says. There’s nothing wrong with being a bus boy, he’s just trying to live up to his tough guy movie persona.

I'm sure that even if it's true, Zoltan didn't work with Vin for all of the 9 years that he spent working in New York. So it would be incorrect to deduce that he was never a bouncer just because he wasn't once a bouncer during the limited time that the so called Zoltan knew him as a bus boy
He was a bouncer though. He's even in New Jack City where one of the scenes take place in a club where he was a bouncer and you can see him for a split second
So that's why he never won a GG.
