Yea I actually agree plus he’s super young so even when he comes back next season he’ll be the same age as the current rookie class coming in in 2025-26
breh, i played a season with a torn meniscus and no ACL. worse, i had a scaphoid fracture. if you don't know what that is, look it up. still played every game at QB. need to get one of my boys who played for southern miss to come on here and vouch that i threw the ball as hard as favre before the injury. when i started telling the coach, "man, coach, something's wrong with my thumb or wrist, i'm having trouble slinging it," he called me a pussy at first, spit on my wrist and literally rubbed dirt into it. and then they sent me back to the local university's team's doctor (who happened to be my PCP but who didn't personally read the first set of x-rays). never seen a doc blow a gasket like that. had to spent the better part of 18 months in a cast. scaphoid iliac graft. radial styloidectomy. meniscus isn't shit.
@@xxtemuxinxx that’s a wild story bro😂 but tbf just because you did it doesn’t mean it’s the right thing man, no need to rush and play with an injury that can get worse at only 21 years of age
Best Wished to JJ McCarthy. We'd all like to be in his shoes and looking forward to seeing an amazing career unfold.
Sitting a year might actually turn out better in the long run.

@WillSmith-ui1pb I mean tbf it is true he probably will benefit from a year to sit

This is the smart move they want him to probably be the franchise guy sorry about your injury tho man
