Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden - Perfect switch well-rounded build

Played on Hard difficulty, should work fine for Hardest difficulty you have good survivability and damage.
Core Equipment:
- Blessed garb: Best armor for damage, 30% melee and punch damage for each manifestation on cooldown
- Silver executioner: 200% punch damage after performing a heavy which is good for heavy attack perfect switch
- Ethereal Haste: 50% damage when all manifestation on cooldown synergizes well with blessed garb
Core Skills:
- All perfect switch skills
- Patient: 15% damage reduction but increase manifestation cd by 30% perfect synergy with blessed garb and ethereal haste
- Waiting stance: 5% damage reduction for each manifestation on cooldown
- Last straw : Increases antea's damage for each manifestation on cooldown
- Devastating Leap: Increases leap damage and cooldown mainly to extend cooldown

Where do you get this chest piece? I've found every other one online except this one's location 😂
I just want the drip it's one of the only nice sets+ I been doing switch ups a lot more so win-win

I think it was from completing the main quest in The Harrows region

I can’t work out how to do the devastating switch. I press light light light (rb on Xbox) then switch (y) and nothing happens. Antea appears, but doesn’t deliver the punch. I’d be grateful for any tips.

There is a slight glow that appears after you do the 3rd light when u see that then switch
