      Hi Julie. I would recommend picking one with as short of an ingredients list as possible, and, ideally, without any added sugar. :)

    Just starting this journey. I have a silly question. Why Brazil nuts every day?

      Hi Jennifer. No such thing as a silly question! Brazil nuts are one of the plant foods richest in selenium. By eating one a day, I can rest assured that I'm meeting my daily requirements for this nutrient.
