He stabbed ganon in the head and since all the ganons are the same person ganon will die from not even a hero in the future and the concluds why i think wind waker has the strongest protagonist of all time!
i know i hearted this several days ago but everytime i read through the comments this darn pun sticks out so much i just wanted to let you know i LOVE IT
sakasakiii really thank you for appreciating my comment. I did not even expect this to get noticed in the first place, but damn I am surprised. This video gives me the emotion that Link gets, which I can relate to, even though I’ve never been in a relationship or will ever be. Thanks for the video, really liked that and needed that.
Yeah BotW link is definitely one of the most saddest Links in the series. Link wakes up to a land he vaguely knows, doesn’t know his name or even who he is as a person. He is given the task of defeating a monster even when he doesn’t know anything, Link starts to remember everyone before realising all of them are dead (Links sister and father, plus the Champions). People have come up that Link messes around a lot instead of doing the main quest because he’s trying to distract himself from the pain, he has these fleeing memories, he has voices following him. BotW Link had a tough life.
The fact that every time a new Link appears, his emotions fade away by the look of their eyes. AND THE FACT THAT THIS SONG IS COOL AF MAKES ME WANNA CRY ALONG WITH ALL THE LINKS THERE YA KNOW. I WAS HAVING A GREAT DAY but now is even better
@@sakasakiii Hah. I think you rewatched the video to have even a better day rather than reading my comment cuz holy crap like really I can't stop replaying the video. One of the best ones. No wait, the best one of all videos
BOTW Link not only lost his fellow champions, but lost his life, mentally, sure he was alive 100 years later and defeated ganon, but at the cost of his friends and the leaving the people he knew 100 years later
@@sakasakiii Yeah I mean remembering that no matter how many lives you went through there was no one to stay with you that those you loved always ended up disappearing one way or another.... Yeah need a big hug.
Most of the Link incarnations are silent. Breath of the Wild link is implied to only speak to those he absolutely trusts because of the weight of his responsibilities. I think I’m some small way, they do remember, but not full memories, instead it’s the weight of all they have carried, and the emotions tied to it. That’s why each Link has been a silent protagonist.
If all link reincarnations remember everything their past lives knew, wouldnt that just make a more op triforce of wisdom?, not only the memories why this keeps happening but his experiences on how to deal with the enemy, but then the memories of the people link loves will come back and make link sad, seeing them for the first time but it doesent feel like it and seeing them get killed or not seeing them again will make it more of a curse than a gift
Damn so all links loose someone close to them. SS: Zelda Oot: Navi and saria TP: midna Ww: aryl and the king of red lions Links awaking: maron botw: all the champions and zelda
Top pikmin Oot Link didn’t just lose that. He lost his wife and kid because he died than he had too train his future descendant who was the TP Link. Edit: Also he never got to live through the peace he brought to Hyrule
I think you mean only the champions, (especially Mipha, cuz best girl) because in the end Zelda was with him, i mean, in the sequel are going to be together
This made me realized how messed up most of the Links life are. Besides saving the world, they also loose the ones they love. Pretty messed up stuff from NIntendo lol.
Pfff it’s not that bad. It’s not like one of the Links trained in the royal guard by the time he turned 4 having the weight of saving the entire kingdom placed onto his shoulders at 12 not knowing when the calamity would strike only to be stripped of what little free time he had in between training to follow around and save the princess who happened to hate him and order him away from her sight frequently and then he ultimately lives long enough to get the news about his friends, parental figures and fiancé having all died before kicking the bucked himself. *AND THEN* waking up without a memory to his name and being forced to endure rigorous trials to defeat the thing that killed everyone he loved a century ago even though he doesn’t really remember all this, only slowly picking up the pieces enough to warrant at least some form of panic attack but without showing so much as a startled blink. And then returning to Zeldas side as her silent knight after he died and lived for Hyrule. Y’know, normal stuff.
FreyR Kunn *If Nintendo makes Link find out about his cute ass little sister, somebody’s getting thrown in the Gerudo Towers bottomless pit* Best he forgets this one lads
What if the reason link does all those dumb silly side quests is not entirely for the reward, but because he wants to prolong the time he has with the person who joins him on his journey.
sakasakiii Wow!! Thank you so much for replying to my comment! You’re the first content creator to do that! I love this video thank you for sharing it with all of us!
So technically links loves us the player the most and we are his greatest companion or a friend that will always be by his side. Especially when playing a new Zelda game. We help him or accidentally injured or kill him during his journey . Me being a bit of a simp for link thinks this idea of each link appreciates the player is a good concept. Even though link being self aware is a bit of a stretch
This made me realize something: Most of Link's stories are about him trying to get back someone who was lost. Windwaker Link only left the island to save his sister, Skyward Sword Link wanted to save his childhood friend. Link of the Wild fought for his friends who sadly couldn't fully come back to him, as well as Zelda. Even Link from A Link to the Past wanted to find his uncle Also, the Hero and Goddess from the manga's a nice touch, just saying.
omg you guys keep hitting me up with all these observations in the comments 😭 that's a really good one though!! i'll store that for future reference... also im glad you noticed that haha!! thank yOUUU
Beautiful. This gave Link a personality I would actually support in a series/movie. A hero not by choice, but by fate. He tries to suppress himself. Though, deep inside, he's boiling over with turmoil... constantly questioning... "Why me? Why must those I care about always inevitably leave? Am I not allowed to be happy? Am I only here to ensure safety & peace to a world I am never allowed to feel safe within? Nor am I allowed to enjoy the peace I am tasked to ensure? Why must it be ME who is 'The Hero'? I really want is for it to stop...so I can be happy, too, but... No. I will uphold my duty because I must...because only I can do this." At least... that's what I got out of this video.
“A hero by fate, not by choice” oh daMn that phrase gave me chills and it’s powerful 😭 I love your analogy so very much!! I’m amazed how you managed to pull that out of this video, but I’m honoured nonetheless ☺️ Thank you!
The same exact feelings you explain here are conveyed in a VERY WELL written fanfiction that narrates tje events on Breath of the Wild. It is called (ofc): Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, written by someone with the nickname: The Zed of Ages. If you google it, you will find it easily, I don't usually read fan fictions because most of them are cheesy, extremely sentimental, and full of second hand embarrasment for me lol, but this one follows the events of the game, it is super well written, and it explores this "Link's fate" topic pretty well. I'm sure you would probably love it. And I'm still finishing it! Hahah
Imagine only having three days to try save everyone in a land you barely know but still care for as if you do but you can fail in your quest. Imagine losing friends a century ago but have little recollection of them. As well as knowing that the ruin state of the Hyrule could’ve been prevented if only you were strong enough to protect it. Imagine trying to save the people who took you in as one as their own but fail to protect them from forces beyond your control. Try to conjure courage to fight for them and the other people of Hyrule from a power hidden in twilight. Now try to feel what it’s like to say goodbye to a friend you won’t ever meet again.
Tbh, the lore of Legend of Zelda is kinda depressing and scary. When you think about it, Link is constantly being reincarnated and constantly assigned to save something. He has no choice in the matter. Yeah he may have a few years of peace after a reincarnation, but no matter what, he is still doomed to go down the same path over and over again . It's like reliving your own eternal hell. He can't really be happy because even if he saves everyone and lives on the rest of his years positive. He is doomed to reincarnate and restart again after his previous death, whether it's living his years or him being sealed. He has to watch his friends that he bonds with die while he lives on. I'm surprised he hasn't gone insane, but his love for Zelda might be why. Because even though sometimes Zelda isn't available and needs his help. He still had Zelda regardless whether it's with him, waiting for him, And through reincarnation. So in a way, he isn't alone because eventually he finds light in every route. Still, he's been through a lot. He needs a hug tbh.
While the world is a pretty rough place its not as bad as you think. While each link is a reincarnation of the skyward sword link, they all still have there own souls. They ultimately "start over" as new people and in fact many generations never even have to fight. (Remember link and Zelda always reincarnate so long as the other lives. Yet the world isn't always in danger, it's more every three to 4 generations minimum, and at most in ww world, over a thousand years with no problems.) Not to mention in the event that fight knows he Isn't ready to face Ganon (and only Ganon mind you) he gets pulled into the sacred realm to gain the power to win( twilight princess training with your previous incarnation, a link to the past allowing him to resist a good chunk of the corruption and fight in the courrpted sacred realm) or he gets pulled in to rest and grow his strength to prepare (ocarina of time to make him physically strong enough, breath of the wild to save his life). Plus his adultime line only appears bad, but in actuality it's his best most peaceful one. You save your sister halfway through and keep fighting to stop Ganon because he chose to, not that he was fated to that time. And because of the wish of king of red lions(that Zelda lineage knows only peace and prosperity) they break Gannon curse and sealed him in stone, forever stuck staring at the triforce he coveted, while his body is frozen a hairs breadth from death, yet unable to die and reincarnate. Finding a new nation, being regarded as a hero and ultimately, he never leaves . A trait common with most links is they leave trying to find some way to find a friend they lost in there fight against whoever the big bad was. Ww link stays, helps build the new hyrule, and future generations continue to help in the growth of the new kingdom as a hero each time. There lives are hard because they are cursed , but each one is new to the horror. Now Zelda and Ganondorf are different. Zelda is implied to learn about her past through the triforce of wisdom, but it's akin to reading that in a past life you were brutally murdered. It sucks to read but you don't experience it remember it. While Ganondorf full on remembers everything once he comes into his power because he's the same person, not a reincarnation, but a resurrection.
goshhhh that is true! reading your last paragraph reminded me of that scene in skyward sword where zelda tells link "im still your zelda", and that always drives in the whole red string of fate thing i like to think link has with her. still, your last point stands 😢💖 #hugsforlink2020
@@davidforde2507 oooh i do like your reasoning though! at least in my case, i've always kinda slept on the story/games beyond wind waker, so your point that WW link goes down a path different from the previous links was really cool! but bruh, ganondorf really does pull the short end of the straw... F in the chat 😔
This... Is lovely. It's absolutely brilliant and shows just how lonely and troubled being the holder of the Courage Triforce can be. All of them hold such troubled hearts, all of them are damned to forever suffering. And it's not necessarily Link, either. Sure, Link may have it rougher than the other two, but you must remember that Zelda and Ganon suffer as well. Zelda and Ganon are both doomed to suffering over and over again, just like Link. The spirit of the hero, the blood of the goddess, and the incarnate of malice. They're all doomed to reincarnate. But... To be honest, I think I can sympathize with Ganon. Think about it; Ganon has sometimes been a beast, but most of the time, he was said to be a Gerudo man that was rarely born. And by then, everyone should've known about the tales surrounding the Gerudo man that was rarely born. Ganondorf- always destined to be evil. Always destined to be malice incarnate. At least Zelda and Link kind of have each other. Ganon had nobody. He had to suffer alone with uncontrollable anger surging through him because of a curse. He was never able to actually.... Live. None of them were, but Ganon probably has it worse. He never had anything in the first place. He was alone. Link had friends- some he lost, and some he kept. Every Link had friends. Zelda.... Some incarnations she was friends with Link. Others, I'm not too sure. But they had each other. There was this poll, asking whether you'd want to have the Triforce of Power, Courage, or Wisdom. I answered Power. Because.... It must have been so lonely. I feel.... It's unfair for Ganon to be so mistreated because of something that's not his fault. Of course.... His actions are his own, all the same. I just wanted to talk about this, though.
dudEEEEEEEEE reading this literally broke my heart gosh darn 😢 you bring a really good point!! it's always seemed just, tragic,,, that ganon has the negative stigma surrounding his existence itself... but then again, his actions are his own, as you said! thank you for your wonderful insight 💓
It is an interesting question to bring up; would things be different if he wasn't born hated and feared from the day he was conceived? would having someone by his side change who or what he eventually becomes? I choose power in all those polls as well. Not because I exactly sympathize with Ganon, but because I wonder what it feels like to have such an overwhelming power that could change the world, and I wonder if I'd have the moral fortitude to make any other choice than what he chose to do with that power...which actually brings up another question about this topic; we all know what's said about absolute power. Could anyone actually make ANY other decision if given his power?

Everyone in Hyrule knows the epic story of The Legend of Zelda. Everyone knows the legendary story of the Hero, The Princess and The Evil Who always returns. Everyone has heard the story of the Hero of Time, the one who came from other time to save Hyrule from the King of Thieves. Everyone listened the stories of that Hero who, with the Princess of the Twilight banished with a devastating blow the Lord of Darkness who masked the twilight as evil. Many heard of the story of the Hero of the Wind, the one who though never was worthy of the Evil's Bane Blade or even was a descendent of the legendary Hero he became it by his own will and hand. Some legends talked about The Hero of the Skies, who allied with a red winged beast and the Goddess Spirit guide, he Forged a legendary blade and killed the original Demon King. So few will ever known of the Hero of the Wild, the most skilled warrior of the Fallen Kingdom of Hyrule, annihilated by the Great Calamity, the one who resurrected with no memory a century after, tamed four colossal stone beasts, fought without hesitation against the fearsome Guardians, and defeated the Calamity itself in his own territory, saving the princess with the Goddess blood, trapped since then. Many, so many have heard of these stories but they never knew what those Heroes really were. No one will ever know that the Hero of Time was just a child who had no friends as the Forest Guardian and his Guiding fairy abandoned him to share the same fate, death. No one will ever know that once he saved Hyrule in the past and the future, no single soul praised for his victory in his era, no one knew he was a hero and no one recognised him as one until the Twilight Hero did justice for his legacy. No one will ever know that the Hero of Twilight though managed to defeat the Shadow Tyrant and became the brightest light for two realms and changed the fear of many hearts into hope he couldn't change the fear of the Twilight Princess who accompanied him all his adventure and after destroying the only bridge that connected the two realms and the hero's heart she said goodbye to never come back. And The Hero of the Wind? Though he had one of the easiest life's. Don't being attached to the Hero's Bloodline didn't allowed him to escape from the tragedy, as he saw how the King of the flooded Hyrule, the one who under the mask of a red boat helped him, decided to drown alongside what lefted of the old Kingdom. But the worst maybe was took by the Heroes of the Skies and the Wild. When the Hero of the Skies destroyed the Demon Lord, it did something to him, no one knows what it did to him as nowhere in the legends lost in the sands of time says it, bad words whisper that in his last breath he cursed the hero, the goddess reincarnated and himself so their bloodline and their loved ones will suffer eternally in an endless battle, and The Hero of The Wild, his punishment was suffering for the rest of his life, as he saw how the four champions, chosen ones who were selected to fight with him the Calamity, as spirits, prove of their brutal murder by the hands of the Calamity, summed he couldn't remember anything not even his own family, trapped between two centuries, although he fought to become the person once he was those wounds would be still there even after healing as scars of his fears and loneliness in that vast and dangerous Wilderness
You just cant help but feel a certain kind of sadness for Link. The bearer for the Triforce is destined to have a life like this, no matter if its Power, Wisdom, or Courage. They are all fated to meet and do battle in a endless cycle with no end in sight. The peace is only temporary while the pain is everlasting. Each Link knows what they must do but must also leave behind their life for this destiny that is forced upon them.
darn it why are you people so good at analysing stuff (╥﹏╥) that's very true! it makes you wonder if being a hero is really worth it after all,,,? oh man and they say zelda's a kid's game... thank u for your wonderful insight!!
@@sakasakiii even toon link (wind waker) he was living a peaceful life on outset, then he went out on an adventure to get her sister. The outcome is just inevitable.
That moment where you realize link never really gets a happy ending no matter how hard he tries....it would really suck off all the links had some vague way of knowing each other's past or something
@@izeathenoellemain2733 I mean he realized that yes he succeeded but also that ALL his and zelda's "descendants" would be cursed because of him forcing them into an never ending loop of fighting darkness regardless of their timeline.. I dont think that's a very good ending
Aw man, the Twilight Princess and Ocarina of Time parts made me tear up and suited the song so perfectly. You made this perfectly and I’m smashing the replay button and like button so much. Awesome job!
That final hug from Zelda made me feel better Like he hasnt been in such a difficult journey for nothing He has saved lifes and the entire world But still, poor Link
Why I discover this masterpiece 3 years later ???!!!! You made an amazing job, thank you ! It makes me cry so bad to see the characters I like a lot in the game and who are gone forever at the very end... poor Link.
0:53 I don't know why but this part gets me every time I see it. The tears of a maiden I guess? That and the one at the end, where he's overwhelmed and crumbled on the ground, remembering all his lost friends
I absolutely love how they added the 'Original' Link/Hero from the Hyrule Historia Skyward sword Manga! He is probably my favourite incarnation of Link other than The Hero of Time.
Technically if you think about the timeline, SS link and HHSS link are one and the same. Demise when he fights you says “no mortal he ever faced me before.” If he had caught a hero before then he wouldn’t have said this. He’d have said something like “you remind me of him,” or something similar. There are other pieces of evidence and even a good video out on it but basically when SS link gets sent back to fight Demise he writes his own history by “becoming” the fabled hero
@@raenkord7881 The main part i love about HHSS Manga Link is that he got absolutley destroyed by Demise but he still had so much courage to look death in the face and say "No" to then raise Hyrule to Skyloft with the Master Sword. Maybe Demise forgot him because he wasnt much of a match in the end maybe? Might of saw him as the one guy who raised a kingdom to the skies that annoyed him.
I think we can all agree: BotW Link drew the short straw. “I lose all of my memories, sleep 100 years into the future, waking up in a post-apocalyptic wasteland only to regain all of my memories and learn that my five closest friends were all tragically murdered and their souls are being tormented by the manifestation of evil itself.”
MM Link might have drawn an even shorter one. The man wasn't remembered as a hero, lost his fairy, the only link to his childhood, ventured out to save Navi, entered Termina, had to save about everyone in the span of three days, and then died in the very forest he spent his childhood in with many regrets.
@@alt7064 gosh darn this makes me remember why i always felt bad for the hero of time 😢 some theory vids say the hero's shade kept the master sword's sheath even after returning it just to remind himself of the hero he once was and bruh... it makes me sad all the time :'(
I would love if as a finale to the game series (If that ever comes) it has you play as a Link who slowly starts seeing his incarnations throughout the game one by one, teaching him the skills he needs to save Hyrule for the last time like the Hero's shade in TP. This Link would somehow learn about demises curse and try to find a way to stop it so he can both save Hyrule and live the life he wants so his loved ones stop leaving him. You would acquire every essential item from each game to defeat the ultimate boss, Demise. You'd get the ocarina, you'd have Wolf Links abilities, you can summon the King of Red Lions for water transport, you can ride loft wings, you'd have like the ultimate mastersword with all the Links abilities in it like the four sword and etc, you can paraglide and use the sheikah slates stasis, bombs and magnesis. how to not make Link overpowered, I'm leaving that to game developers to figure out, but I want this as a game so badly.
@@weafon1532 Eh, there's the Fan series: Linked Universe which is what I sorta based my comment off of which has all 9 Links from each game going on an adventure together to defeat Dark Link who is messing with their timelines. I'm sure if fans are able to piece together the timeline to make a coherent story then the creators of said franchise should be able to do it.
A way to not make it OP is to seriously buff the enemies as well. Make each Mokoblin as powerful as a Lynel, and the OP-ness of Link would be balanced out a bit.
A lot of those scenes are even sadder when you consider how link doesn’t know how to make noises other than “HEEYAAAH” so he can’t say what he wants to say to those he loves
This. It’s the best thing I’ve seen for music videos for Zelda. I am amazed that ONE person can make so much talented and emotional videos. I can’t go on how good this is. It’s the story of someone life’s multiple times. The cycle will end from this man, link.
@@sakasakiii yeah it was epic i just got this video recomended after deadly lonliness and the tears just started rolling down , pls create more great works
You never really think of all the people link loses, mainly because for most of the games he's so stone faced, but in reality it must tear him up inside.
I've listened to this so much that just hearing the intro makes me go "oh OKAY". Makes me feel like I lost a pet, then found it, but still had a weird level of fear that I'd lose it again.
This hits hard, really, really hard. It's beautiful, the shading, the atmosphere of the entire song as the video slowly becomes darker in tone. You did an amazing job, best Zelda related thing I've watched in a while.
i like how BoTW link is (in my opinion) the one who was featured longest at the end and i want to say that seems very plausible since to my knowledge, he's the least expressive link throughout the series that we can see so it seems like he would be the one to either express behind closed doors or break down when he's too pressured. either way, THIS IS AMAZING!!!
This hurts my very soul, because I grew up playing these games and saying goodbye to all of these characters. Also, Daruk’s laughing face changes to one of agony when his eyes are crossed out... AHHHHH!!!!
The hero of time is so tragic, well, actually all of the Link’s have it bad. At least SS link actually has good Zelink foundation, but honestly, whenever I think of The hero of Time, it’s so depressing. This dude has literally gone through so much, if he found happiness (from that ranch girl), he still had to face so much pain and suffering, he had lost Saria, Navi, and hadn’t seen Zelda since he was transported back in time. He had to go through the dark plot of Majora’s Mask, and had gone through so much by then. His eventual death in the field of battle is rather sad, he couldn’t end up dying old with a family, instead, he had to die in the field.. Breath of The Wild Link is just as depressing, he had basically lost everyone he loved. His friends, the champions, Mipha, Daruk, Revali, and Urbosa, I really feel bad for him, for all the Links..
This made me cry so hard. With every adventure Link always had tremendous loss at some point and felt so alone. Wow this song hit me hard and made me realize he really was given the triforce of courage for a reason, because it takes alot of courage and strength to keep going after all that he has been through in all his past lives.
Sometimes I just stare at link mid game thinking of all the previous games i’ve played. His life is depressing...It’s like something had always been taken away from him. Sometimes I forget he’s still a kid

Saria, Midna, Ravio, Aryll, Navi (yes, I even miss Navi), the Zeldas, all of them. it's kind of weird how close I feel to a bunch of characters I've never met.
GOD THIS FUCKING HIRTS MY HEART!!! I’m so glad I was able to this even if I months late to it!!!! Thanks for the video, really liked that and needed that.
Playing Zelda Breath of the wild makes me think of how link is so lonely in a big world.
Orion 756 yeah they are mentioned
It's sad because I enjoyed botw so much but then I remember how lonely Link is :( Link's a lonely sad boi
@Salt and Lemons playing hyrule warriors makes me so sad that they all died in the botw timeline

Ouch...my heart...the feels hurt...urk
So technically links loves us the player the most and we are his greatest companion or a friend that will always be by his side. Especially when playing a new Zelda game. We help him or accidentally injured or kill him during his journey . Me being a bit of a simp for link thinks this idea of each link appreciates the player is a good concept. Even though link being self aware is a bit of a stretch

When you’re stuck in an endless loop of reincarnation but your friends aren’t
This made me realize something:
Most of Link's stories are about him trying to get back someone who was lost. Windwaker Link only left the island to save his sister, Skyward Sword Link wanted to save his childhood friend. Link of the Wild fought for his friends who sadly couldn't fully come back to him, as well as Zelda. Even Link from A Link to the Past wanted to find his uncle
Also, the Hero and Goddess from the manga's a nice touch, just saying.

No.
I will uphold my duty because I must...because only I can do this."
At least... that's what I got out of this video.

Hahah
@@kikalcala Thank you for telling me about this fanfiction. It really is good.
Link in the twilight princess manga is questionning it too ! It's very cool and if you love the Zelda series you should read it.
2:19 PAIN OML-
Imagine only having three days to try save everyone in a land you barely know but still care for as if you do but you can fail in your quest.
Now try to feel what it’s like to say goodbye to a friend you won’t ever meet again.
bruhhhhh u rly be tryna hurt me huh 😭😭😭 that last line is a killer!!
Tbh, the lore of Legend of Zelda is kinda depressing and scary. When you think about it, Link is constantly being reincarnated and constantly assigned to save something. He has no choice in the matter. Yeah he may have a few years of peace after a reincarnation, but no matter what, he is still doomed to go down the same path over and over again
This...

No wonder Link was a wolf in twilight princess, it represented his loneliness
It is an interesting question to bring up; would things be different if he wasn't born hated and feared from the day he was conceived? would having someone by his side change who or what he eventually becomes? I choose power in all those polls as well. Not because I exactly sympathize with Ganon, but because I wonder what it feels like to have such an overwhelming power that could change the world, and I wonder if I'd have the moral fortitude to make any other choice than what he chose to do with that power...which actually brings up another question about this topic; we all know what's said about absolute power. Could anyone actually make ANY other decision if given his power?
It appears that if Link says don’t go
The fabric of space and time will rip itself apart

MM Link might have drawn an even shorter one.
That's…absolutely cool,I want to see Link free from the curse of Demisea and finally living Happy and in peace ÚwÙ
It would be amazing but the writers themselfs don't really understand the timeline so it probably won't hapen
Now THAT would make an awesome finale for the legend of Zelda
A lot of those scenes are even sadder when you consider how link doesn’t know how to make noises other than “HEEYAAAH” so he can’t say what he wants to say to those he loves
Everytime I come back to this masterpiece I can't stop myself from being sad.
Same

This. It’s the best thing I’ve seen for music videos for Zelda. I am amazed that ONE person can make so much talented and emotional videos. I can’t go on how good this is. It’s the story of someone life’s multiple times. The cycle will end from this man, link.
awww you are too kind! i'm just happy you were able to enjoy this old video haha 😊 hopefully link and zelda can end the cycle in botw 2 yes!
this appeared on my recommendations and im very thankful for that.. and sad 😭❤️
ahhh no you're too sweet! thank you for your lovely comment ❤️
sakasakiii 💕💕🥺
This is only 2 years old? It feels like I watched this 5 years ago, but it was only last year I saw this
Now this is a work of art . If anyone knows more awsome stuff like this pls share, the world needs to see them
thanks so much!!
@@sakasakiii yeah it was epic i just got this video recomended after deadly lonliness and the tears just started rolling down , pls create more great works
You never really think of all the people link loses, mainly because for most of the games he's so stone faced, but in reality it must tear him up inside.
何かこの曲と絵を見てたら涙でてきた(泣)
I've listened to this so much that just hearing the intro makes me go "oh OKAY". Makes me feel like I lost a pet, then found it, but still had a weird level of fear that I'd lose it again.
I'm so glad I found this, it's so we'll made! Great job!
thank you!! im glad you liked it! 😊
This hits hard, really, really hard. It's beautiful, the shading, the atmosphere of the entire song as the video slowly becomes darker in tone. You did an amazing job, best Zelda related thing I've watched in a while.
yes I’m crying, you have a problem about that?-
i like how BoTW link is (in my opinion) the one who was featured longest at the end and i want to say that seems very plausible since to my knowledge, he's the least expressive link throughout the series that we can see so it seems like he would be the one to either express behind closed doors or break down when he's too pressured. either way, THIS IS AMAZING!!!
I'm not crying.
I can't... Link wants to cry the most....
AHHH NINTENDO. STOP BULLYING HIM....
Yeaaa botw was more lonely 😞
日本人の方……寂しいぃぃ… この曲ほんとに良いですね!!
This made me cry so hard. With every adventure Link always had tremendous loss at some point and felt so alone. Wow this song hit me hard and made me realize he really was given the triforce of courage for a reason, because it takes alot of courage and strength to keep going after all that he has been through in all his past lives.
これ色々なゼルダの伝説入っているか、ほんとに好き
Sometimes I just stare at link mid game thinking of all the previous games i’ve played. His life is depressing...It’s like something had always been taken away from him. Sometimes I forget he’s still a kid
Bruh this song so sad it had me thinking about everything and after that it had me in tears and I barely cry
Yeah, many songs are sad
I feel like this is what would happen if Link remembered all of his past lives, reincarnations, other timelines, etc.
It makes me so sad to know all the pain and grief link has gone through over the years ( majoras mask ocarina of time wind waker) just to name a few..

It‘s so fascinating how a character that does not speak has such a dramatic background in every game.
man this video makes my heart ache. I'm not even Link, just a player who's viewing his journey, and I still feel the pain of losing those characters.
This is such a good animation and reflects the sadness and pain that these incarnations/ not really incarnations of links had to go through. It’s absolutely heartbreaking. I’m so glad I recently got into LoZ franchise. The art as well?!?! Breath taking!!!!!! This animatic just makes me want to get into it more, keep up the great work!!!!
0:56 Cruel.
I was hearing this song when i was 15 years old and now at 17 years old, i truly what all of these Links are going through since it happens to me now, this song is truly incredible, love to you from France
