    My problem is pain all over my body, especially my leg muscles. It started with anxiety attacks... but got worse after some sleep deprivation. Now its been 5 or 6 weeks of daily pain. Doctors had previously given ne a very thorough vheck up. So, I believe its anxiety as many of them suggested. I'm praying and trying to relax.

      Its anxiety, and our brains "learn" to make the symptoms stick around or even get worse until we unlearn this BS story. These things happen, but we are fine. Hope you are doing well with relaxing.

    Hello from Sweden and thanks for making these videos. I’ve had it difficult since the pandemic. But managed to get up and running again for a while. Last September I got tinnitus and after that my anxiety has been spiraling. After 5months waiting I’m going to see a specialist this Thursday. Hope is high, but scared that they won’t be able to help me.

    Really appreciate the health anxiety videos. I used to find it very difficult finding help on this debilitating disorder.

    Everyday I wake up, I have the same thoughts throughout the Day. "I have something wrong with me, I am going to Die an Early Death/I will never live a full and prosperous life and do what I want to do" This all comes after a scary experience which had me in and out of the Hospital. Though I got a clean bill of Health and ALL ORGANS were in PERFECT functional order, and nothing was wrong with Blood Tests, these thoughts have gotten ever so louder over time. It is a very heavy weight to carry daily.

    I feel that dr Nader contributes a lot to people who suffer from mental illnesses. It is for them of great value to understand his professional vision of so many topics. And by doing this also he might offer a tool for adressing their problems. Understanding and recognising these items are really very valuable. thank you very much!

      I'm no doctor, but after a few years ALS would be impossible to miss and you should know for sure if you have it or not. It's so unlikely!

    I wish there would be a health anxiety professional accepting online counseling for people around the world whom have extremely limited or nil access to this type of therapy.

    This is so meeee!!!
    Before a simple highblood pressure is so worrying me. Like I had it. Then the 2nd worrying me is a heart disease. Like I want all test for heart i want to do it. To ensure I dont have heart disease. Then NOWWWW.. OMG I AM REALLY WORRIED ABOUT KIDNEY DISEASE. !!!! than had cancer. Because kidney disease is another silent killer. I dont wanna be on dialysis. It scares me alot. Like Im going to die after doing that . Like if I get on dialysis My lifespan will decrease and DIE EARLY. Its very scary for me. Like I want to be healthy as I can. I wanna get old. Like 85-90yrs old or much more like 100+

      Hi Pero - I'm sorry, but I can't give individual advice online.

    • @MagicMilbow
      @MagicMilbow Год назад +2

      Pero, look up acceptance and commitment psychology. When your thoughts are racing, try to take a break and focus on something in your surroundings. Like a pattern on the wall, try to really focus on how that pattern looks, what’s it made of? How do you think the pattern feels if it has texture? Close your eyes and try to see the pattern, play with your thought. How was it made ? Does it have a smell ? Are there any other pattern you can see? Any colorful flower?
      Anyways look it up, it can be really helpful to try and get back to the “now”
