Hi Ma'am, i have gone through pelvic surgery as my acetabulam bone was cracket, can say socket of the ball of the left leg was broken. Completed 1 year of surgery... Started moving and on daily routine but suffering from pain and stiffness. Please help
Hi sorry only just seen your reply. I'm 4 weeks post op . I'm trying to be patient but it's just so uncomfortable . My doctor said it's fine but I disagree. When I'm standing and walking it's just like it was before opperation. Rubbing and sore feeling . I really thought surgery would of fixed it .
@vaginacoach hi no I don't have one but I've been doing kegals every day. I'm so overwhelmed by this as I truly thought having the opperation would of fixed it .
@@michelleking9161 I highly recommend you go see one. Unfortunately the importance of this is not shared by doctors. I do believe it is an essential part of our pelvic health with or without surgery.
Wow. Yes this needed to be said. Going to check out your channel!
Can you please post the links to the videos you did about your surgery?

I really hope your right . I'm feeling extremely emotional that my prolapse repair hasn't worked as I can still see it at the opening.
